Rustproof coolant reservoir molded of poly­ethylene for durability and corrosion resistance.
Positive vane-style displacement pumps
provide consistent coolant flow and pressure rating with long pump-life expectancy.
Thermally protected 1/4 HP motor guards against motor damage due to overheating.
Paddle wheel flow indicator visually confirms that there is coolant flowing through the system.
Factory-preset pressure-relief valves (55 PSI)
maintain consistent pressure during operation.
Standard inlet/outlet torch fittings are compatible with TIG and MIG torches having standard 5/8-18 left-hand fittings.
10 ft (3 m) power cords with plugs are longer than most power cords in the industry providing the extra length when required.
Compatible with Miller coolants and are ideal for warm and cold weather conditions, while providing HF or corrosion protection.

Coolmate™3
The compact, horizontal Coolmate 3 allows stacking or convenient mounting onto a trailer or other equipment. It is designed for water-cooled torches rated up to 500 amps*, and utilizes an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. Unlike most competitive systems, this unit is equipped with a power switch so you can turn the unit on and off at the front panel. The polyethylene-molded coolant tank, fan shroud, filler spout and lifting handles are rustproof. A “paddle wheel indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing. Filter and coolant filling spout are conveniently located for easy access at the front panel.
Coolmate™V3
The Coolmate V3 is designed for use with water-cooled torches rated up to 500 amps*. Its distinct, vertical design allows you to mount it onto a power source running gear or gas cylinder rack. The Coolmate V3 is equipped with a power switch so you can turn unit on and off at the front panel. A paddle wheel indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing. Filter and coolant filling spout are conveniently located on the front panel for easy access.
Coolmate™4
The Coolmate 4 is a patented circular design available only from Miller for use with water-cooled torches rated up to 600 amps*. This coolant system has a constant flow of coolant inside to keep the pump primed and to reduce algae buildup in the tank. The portable one-piece case is durable rustproof polyethylene, and features convenient carrying handle and filler spout molded into case, and easily accessible coolant filter.

Provides the perfect solution for industrial, water-cooled TIG applications. For water-cooled TIG torches rated up to 500 amps.* Construction details include a coolant reservoir and easy-to-fill coolant spout molded of rustproof polyethylene, and an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. The Cool Runner is dedicated to any (old style) Syncrowave
®
250 power source using water-cooled torches rated up to 500 amps*. It conveniently mounts under, and draws 120 VAC power from the Syncrowave 250 to provide the perfect solution for industrial, water-cooled TIG applications. Construction details include a coolant reservoir and easy-to-fill coolant spout molded of rustproof polyethylene, and an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. A paddle wheel indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing, and the external filter can be quickly accessed for cleaning. To easily move the system in the shop, add the easy-to-install No. 22 running gear.

Low-Conductivity Coolant #043 810
Sold in multiples of four in 1-gallon recyclable plastic bottles. Primarily used in TIG (high-frequency) applications, but can also be used in MIG systems where aluminum is not in the water path. Miller coolants contain a base of ethylene glycol and deionized water to protect against freezing to -37°F (-38°C) or boiling to 227°F (108°C). Also contains a compound that resists algae growth.
Aluminum-Protecting Coolant #043 809
Sold in multiples of four in 1-gallon recyclable plastic bottles. Primarily used in MIG products, such as the water-cooled XR, which has an aluminum drive housing, or in any system where high frequency is not used. Miller coolants contain a base of ethylene glycol and deionized water to protect against freezing to -37°F (-38°C) or boiling to 227°F (108°C). Also contains a compound that resists algae growth.
