This drawer complies with all relevant safety requirements. Inap‐
opriate use can, however, lead to personal injury and damage to

To avoid the risk of accidents or damage to the appliance, please read these instructions carefully before installation and before us‐ ing it for the first time. They contain important notes on installa‐ tion, safety, use and maintenance. Miele cannot be held liable for damage caused by non-compli‐ ance with these Warning and Safety instructions. Keep these instructions in a safe place and ensure that new users are familiar with the content. Pass them on to any future owner.

Operation

Moisture in food or drinks can cause corrosion damage in the drawer.
Do not use the drawer to store food or drinks.
The base of the drawer is fitted with an anti-
slip mat which stops crockery slid‐ ing about when the drawer is opened and closed.

Capacity

The telescopic runners can support 15 kg.
Overloading the drawer will damage the runners.
The quantity that can be loaded will de‐

Cleaning and care

Unsuitable cleaning agents can dis‐ colour and damage the surfaces of the appliance. Only use a solution of domestic washing-up liquid and warm water applied with a soft sponge or cloth.
All surfaces are susceptible to scr
atching. Scratches on glass surfa‐ ces could cause a breakage in cer‐ tain circumstances.
Remove any residual cleaning agent imme

Ensure that the drawer housing unit is aligned at a right angle.
Push the drawer into the housing unit
as far as the vapour strip and align it at a right angle.
