E 941/1 mobile unit

Items supplied:

Mobile unit E 941/1, H 421, W 619, D 790 mm

with a magnetic strip for automatic mobile unit recognition

Please observe the Warning and Safety instructions for washer-disinfector G 7827/28 or PG 8527/28.

If using automatic mobile unit recognition, please make sure the coding is correctly set.

Areas of application:

Modules for laboratory glassware or for orthopaedic surgical instruments can be placed in the E 941/1 mobile unit.

The modules have their own operating instructions.

Up to four modules can be placed in the mobile unit at once, depending on the size of the items being processed.

Before loading the machine and before starting a programme, please check that:

–the sealing caps in the module connections are in good working order,

–the modules are correctly connected to the water intake in the mobile unit,

–the mobile unit is correctly connected to the water intake in the washerdisinfector.

Placing modules into the mobile unit

Locate the module rollers on the runners, with the spring-mounted water intakes facing the middle of the mobile unit.

Push the module completely into the mobile unit.

Engage the hooks on the underside of the module frame behind the pins on the runners on either side of the mobile unit.

Make sure it clicks into position correctly.

When the module is correctly positioned, the water intake on modules with integrated water connection will connect correctly.

Removing modules from the mobile unit

Lift the module up by the handles until the hooks clear the pins.

Then pull the module forwards and off the runners.

E 941/1 wagen voor modules

Geleverd:

Basiswagen E 941/1 voor modules, H 421, B 619, D 790 mm met magneetstrip voor automatische wagenherkenning

Houdt u zich aan de veiligheidsinstructies en waarschuwingen uit de gebruiksaanwijzing van de reinigingsen desinfectieautomaat G 7827/28 dan wel PG 8527/28.

Bij gebruik van de automatische wagenherkenning moet de codering worden aangepast!

Toepassing:

In de wagen E 941/1 kunt u modules plaatsen voor laboratoriumglaswerk of voor instrumenten uit de orthopedische chirurgie.

Bij de modules horen aparte gebruiksaanwijzingen.

Afhankelijk van de grootte van het spoelgoed kunt u maximaal vier modules tegelijk plaatsen.

Controleer bij het beladen/voor elke programmastart:

–of de afsluitkleppen in de module-aankoppelingen functioneren.

–of de aansluiting van de geplaatste modules op de watertoevoer van de wagen correct is.

–of de ingeschoven wagen goed op de watertoevoer van de reinigings-/desinfec- tieautomaat aansluit.

Modules in de wagen zetten

Plaats de wieltjes van de module op de geleiderails. De verende watertoevoeren wijzen naar het midden van de wagen.

Schuif de module helemaal in de wagen.

De vergrendelingshaken aan de onderkant van het moduleframe vallen aan beide kanten achter de pennen bij de geleiderails van de wagen.

De module moet duidelijk vastklikken, alleen dan is de module correct gepositioneerd.

Bij modules met geïntegreerde wateraansluiting is de watertoevoer alleen gewaarborgd als u de module correct positioneert.

Modules uit de wagen halen

Til de module bij de grepen omhoog, totdat de vergrendelingshaken over de pennen heen naar voren kunnen komen.

Trek de module vervolgens uit de geleiderails.
