Never use this appliance to cook any food items that may jam the steam vent.
Do not stand with your face and hands close to the steam vent in order to avoid scalding injuries.
Please use a dedicated and high quality power outlet, with high power rating (10A). Do not use poor quality outlets. It is advisable not to share the power outlet with high power ratings, such as an air conditioner, electrical stoves etc, to avoid fires caused by overburdening the outlet.
Never cover the steam port with a cloth, as this may cause accidents or damage to the rice cooker.
Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the appliance by yourself. Please contact our service center to do this for you.
Do not use the appliance if the plug or the main cord or the appliance is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by our service center.
The unit, especially its plug, must be kept free from dust and insects to avoid short circuit of the electrical board.
The plug must be inserted into the socket thoroughly to avoid fire, electric shock or short circuit.
During operation, do not move or shake the rice cooker.
Do not rinse the rice cooker under running water.
Never insert a pin, wire or other object objects into the intake hole and steam vent on the bottom of the appliance to avoid electric shock.
The damaged power cord shall be replaced with a special flexible cord or a special component bought from the manufacturer
or service agency.
This product is only for indoor use.

People with heart pacemakers should avoid using the appliance. It is advisable to consult a doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer about your particular situation.

When the power cord plug is damaged or a socket becomes wet, never use the appliance to avoid fire, electric shock or short circuit.

The rice cooker must match the supplied inner pot to avoid overheat or abnormal circumstance.
Please clean the steam valve on a regular basis.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children ) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: -staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
-farm houses;-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments ;
-bed and breakfast type environments.
Note:
Before using the appliance, check the inner pot and steam valve and make sure that it is in place, in order to avoid any malfunctions during use.
During the cooking process, it is normal to occasionally hear a clicking or buzzing sound from the unit.
You must wait for 15 minutes before you cook again using the same multi-cooker.
Never cook rice with hot water as this may affect the thermostat setting and cooking performance.

Do not heat the inner pot on other stoves, as this may cause damages.
Remove the inner pot and wash with household detergent. Use a soft cloth to wipe the pot dry. Do not use a metal brush or other coarse materials to avoid damaging the pot.
Some discoloration on the inner pot may occur due to high heat exposure.
Some important parts, such as fuse, if improperly repaired, may cause short circuit, which can result in overheating or fire.
Do not drop the inner pot as this may cause deformation or damages.
Do not hit the inner pot with a hard object as this may cause deformation or damages.
Before using the appliance, make sure that the outside of the pot is dry and free from rice grains to avoid overheating or short circuit.

you can fine-tune the ratio of rice and water based on individual preferences, but the total quantity of rice and water can not exceed the highest water level in the pot.

Using the provided measuring cup, add rice (one cup of rice is about 150g) into the inner cooking pot.
1. Please do not directly wash the rice in the inner pot, so as to avoid scratching the inner pot.
2. Dry cereals must be soaked in hot water for 2-3 hours before you start cooking.
Fill the pot with water to the line or water level mark which matches the number of cups of rice being cooked.
Do not go beyond the maximum water level, as this may cause overflowing or short circuit.
The amount of water to be added depends on the cups of rice to be used. Use the water level mark for RICE as a guide. For example, if you add 3 cups of rice, you need to add water up to the level marked "3" (

Make sure that the external surface of the cooking pot and the coil panel are both dry. Rotate the inner pot left and right to ensure that it contacts with the heating plate properly. The cover/ lid fits into position with a click sound.
Please ensure that the body plug and power plug are properly inserted into the outlet.
Press the "Menu" button to choose your preferred cooking function .Press the "Start" button in order to start the selected operation.

Cooking Time can be set only for “Porridge/Soup”, “Steaming” . Porridge/Soup default cooking time: 2 hours, setting range: 1 to 4 hours. Steamer default cooking time: 30 minutes, setting range: 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes
(Some products have no time setting for the steamer function).
For example: One hour cooking of porridge.

Maintenance
The water in the water storage tank can be wiped dry with a semi-dry rag.
Rice grains can be removed with a toothpick or rag.
Any water on the heating plate can be wiped dry with a rag. The grains of cooked rice may be removed with steel wool or sand paper.

Use a damp cloth to clean the cover plate. Do not wash it under water.
Before you put the pot inside the rice cooker, make sure it the exterior and interior of the pot are both dry and free from rice grains.

Note:
With a hand, hold the rear side, and lift it up.
A sketch of the disassembled steam valve. Wash it under running water.
Note: If the gasket falls off, simply push it back in.
To install the steam valve, simply rotate it clockwise. A click sound can be heard to indicate that it has been properly installed.
Press it down with force to install it back into the unit.
Removal of Steam Valve, Cleaning and Installation
The removable cover plate must be cleaned after every use to ensure that the steam vent is free from foreign objects. Do this once the unit has cooled down.
