1. Unpack carton to confirm amount
and identity of components.
2. Position a supporting clip over the
mounting hole in the bin holder.
Insert a screw down through the
supporting clip and bin holder and
assemble a lock washer and nut.
Tighten the nut until it is snug (Fig. 1).
3. Repeat operation #2 for the
remaining three supporting clips.
Make certain all four supporting clips
are parallel with the bin holder, then
tighten the nuts completely.
4. Snap the plugmold onto the
supporting clips (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3).

5. If desired secure the outlet cord to
the post with the Ty Rap Cable Ties
(Fig. 4). Cut off the excess cable tie
and remove the sharp end by melting
the end with a small flame.
CAUTION: Do not apply excessive
heat on the cable tie which could
result in melting the entire cable tie
end.
