Metro Mounting Post to Dolly - B PLATE CASTER User Manual

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
MOUNTING POST TO DOLLY “B” PLATE CASTER
1. Remove and discard the existing leveling bolt
that comes with the post (Super Erecta only).
2. Mount “B” plate casters as shown with the
caster hardware provided.
3. Align the bottom of the posts (threaded insert
(SES) or levelling foot (MetroMax & MetroMax
Q) over the large holes in “Z” channel frame.
(Make sure levelling feet for MetroMax &
MetroMax Q are screwed all the way in before
assembling).
4. Place a flat washer and lockwasher onto a
3
/8-16 x 2 3/4" hex head bolt (all provided in
the dolly hardware bag) and insert thru the
underside of the dolly frame and into the post
as shown. Make sure that the washers are
positioned as shown.
5. Tighten all bolts securely as required.

MOUNTING POST TO DOLLY “C” PLATE CASTER
1. Remove and discard the existing leveling bolt
that comes with the post (Super Erecta only).
2. Mount “C” plate casters as shown with the
caster hardware provided.
3. Align the bottom of the posts (threaded insert
(SES) or levelling foot (MetroMax & MetroMax
Q) over the large holes in “Z” channel frame.
(Make sure levelling feet for MetroMax &
MetroMax Q are screwed all the way in before
assembling).
4. Place a flat washer and lockwasher onto a

/8-16 x 2 3/4" hex head bolt (all provided in
the dolly hardware bag) and insert thru the
underside of the dolly thru caster and “Z”
channel frame, and into the post as shown.
Make sure that the washers are positioned
as shown.
5. Tighten all bolts securely as required.
