For Equipment Platform

1. With the entry mechanism in
the retracted position, remove
the backboard.

2. Take the equipment platform and
with the handles and ledge up, fit the
threaded studs into the holes on the
handle side of the cart (Fig. 1).

3. Slip a large washer over each stud
from the inside of the cart and install
the nuts provided until tight.

4. Slip a large flat washer over each
bolt and then from the inside, slip the
bolts through the holes provided in
the bottom of the tub (See Note 1).

5. Fit the support wires over the bolts
and slip a small flat washer onto the
bolts. Install a nut onto each bolt and
tighten (Fig. 2).

NOTE: The equipment platform is not
to be used as a foot rest.

Max. weight load capacity 30 lbs.

NOTE 1: The following drilling
operation may be required on
your cart.
