and display of nonpotentially hazardous
food and package products only.
!
If ambient relative humidity increases to 80%
it is normal some fog on the glass door.
!
All foods must be properly packed to be kept
in the cooler. (see “USE AND LOADING”
Chapter).

Seven control positions. Higher number means
lower temperature.
It has a “0” position to switch off the
compressor.
Recommended thermostat position:
Food packages : 5 position
Beverages: 5 6 position.
Shelves Assembly
!
Unpack the shelves
!
Fit the supports in the convenient positions.
Each shelf requires 4 supports.

Let the product work 4 hours before food
loading at first time or after defrost cleaning.
!
Never load hot food. Let it cool down at
ambient temperature.
!
Pack all food to be cooled in atoxic
polyethilene bags, aluminum paper or proper
plastic container.
!
Food quantity should be controlled, to
maintain some space between foods to avoid
blocking of the cold air circulation.
!
When power supply is interrupted avoid
opening the door(s).
!
To Lock
!
Keep the door fully opened
!
Turn the lock-nut in the counter-clockwise until
