SPECIFICATIONS

Top - One piece, heavy duty, S/S top and refrigerated

patented rail. Front edge of top to have stylized nosing
extending over the door hardware. The elevated pan rail
is a separate easy to clean coved corner insulated S/S
refrigerated compartment capable of accommodating up
to 6" deep inserts. The pan compartment is refrigerated
with a dual - cool system employing a series of
serpentine broad contact refrigeration cooling coils
bonded behind and to S/S interior walls and bottom for
maximum transfer and “cold wall” hold-over efficiency.

Note: Pans are not furnished.

Cabinet - All metal, welded construction. Exterior front,

ends, doors and machine compartment cover are S/S.
Exterior bottom and rear, zinc coated steel unless
otherwise specified. Heavy duty casters.

Door Opening - Safety-beveled, vinyl breakers, foamed­in-place with no exposed fasteners. intersections to have
matching, closed, fitted corners. Perimeter of opening
provided with concealed, minimum-wattage, dew­point compensators.

Doors - Self-closing with built-in dwell when open 100°
and positive safety stops at 120°. Welded construction
with S/S exterior fronts. Heavy-duty, chromed plated
hinges. Door furnished with flush cylinder locks,
keyed alike.

Door Gasket - One-piece, self-adjusting, self-seating,
vinyl magnetic gasket keyed into a foamed-in-place
thermal breaker. Snap in design is easily removed
without tools.

Thermometer - Vertical, interior thermometer
furnished standard.

Condensate Evaporator - Sanitary, removable, automatic
electrical evaporator mounted in machine compartment
for easy access. No plumbing connections or floor
drains required.

Rail Evaporator Coil- Serpentine coils have factory set
pressure control and expansion valve to maintain cold
wall temperature above freezing.

Bottom Evaporator Coil - Two & three door models
equipped with vertical forced-air, high humidity
evaporator coil located behind center door mullion for
maximum circulation without loss of usable interior
space. One evaporator in two-door cabinets, two
evaporators in three-door cabinets. One door model
has ceiling mounted evaporator.

Refrigeration System - Hermetic system with
R-404a refrigerant expansion valves, automatic
adjustable thermostat system designed to maintain
a 38°F average internal air temperature.

Casters - Heavy duty 6" load height swivel casters
are standard.

Condensing Unit - (Self-contained models) Air
cooled, hermetic condensing unit installed in machine
compartment on slide out tracks for ease of cleaning
and maintenance.

Shelves & Pan Racks - One adjustable, removable, epoxy
coated shelf per section. Pan racks are optional.

McCall Dual Cool Pizza Prep Tables shall have:

Dual cool system with cold wall rail. Separate insulated stainless steel pan rail
with coved corners that accommodates up to 6" pan inserts (not included).
Windrunner Gradient Air Displacement Process. Stainless steel top. All metal
construction. Self-closing doors. Lid has stay open feature at 45˚ , 60˚ and 90˚. NSF 7
compliant. 115V, 60 cycle, single phase. All models
have overall height of 47" with a 36.38" work height and are 34"D.

Bidding Specifications

NOTE: Power Source- 115v , 60 Hz, 1 phase

2" clearance is required between back of
unit and wall.
Optional overhead shelf adds 1/4" to overall
