SPECIFICATIONS

Cabinet - Cabinet construction is all unitized steel

except for display glass and doors. Shell and liner are
factory assembled and pressure filled with polyurethane
foam for a rigid well insulated cabinet. Glass is double
pane. Installed at an angle and cabinet interior is
finished with mirror stainless steel providing greatly
enhanced product visibility.

Doors - Sliding doors are easily removable for cleaning.
Doors are also mirror stainless steel on the interior side
giving the entire cabinet a more massive display effect.
All cases are provided with two (2) full length one piece
epoxy coated wire shelves supported by stainless steel
pilasters allowing vertical adjustment. Shelves and
bottom pan can be easily removed for cleaning.

Refrigeration - Refrigeration mounted beneath the
cabinet in a drawer. Entire refrigeration drawer may be
easily withdrawn for service. Refrigeration system is
provided with hot gas, condensate removal.

interior air duct.
