INSTALLATION MANUAL

With the purchase of an MB QUART car hi-fi subwoofer/enclosure combo, you
have purchased a technically sophisticated, high-quality product. MB QUART
feels confident that you will enjoy your new Subwoofer System. If you are not
having the installation carried out by an Authorized MB Quart Dealer, please
read the following installation instructions carefully.

INSTALLATION
CONNECTIONS:
1. Verify that your amplifier is stable to 4 Ohms.
2. Follow all installation instructions from the
manufacturer of your amplifier.
3. Connect the Positive speaker output from your
amplifier to the Positive Twist and Insert
terminal indicated by the RED band on the
bottom of the terminal.
. Connect the Negative speaker output from your

amplifier to the Negative Twist and Insert
terminal indicated by the BLACK band on the
bottom of the terminal.
SECURING THE ENCLOSURE TO THE VEHICLE:
CAUTION: TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE
PASSENGERS, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW
THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR SECURING THE
ENCLOSURE TO THE VEHICLE TO ENSURE THAT THE
SUB BOX DOES NOT MOVE FROM ITS MOUNTING
LOCATION IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
1. Purchase at least two “L” brackets from your
local hardware store.
2. Purchase enough 3/4” drywall screws to fill
each hole of your “L” brackets.
3. Attach the “L” brackets to either side of the
enclosure as the diagram indicates.

. Locate the area to secure your enclosure in
the vehicle. Be sure that the area you have
chosen is not near the gas tank, brake
lines, wiring or mechanical parts under the
vehicle. Pre drill each hole.
5. Attach the enclosure and “L” bracket to the
vehicle as shown in the diagram.
