SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

(a)

Wichtig: Nur Einmannbedienung; kei­ne Bedienung durch Kinder!

(b) Die verantwortliche Person muß den

Vorsicht: Das Messer ist extrem scharf!

Es darf nie lose liegen, sondern muß in
der Maschine, mit der Messerwechsel­vorrichtung oder im IDEAL-Transport­kasten verschraubt sein!

(f) Das Betreiben bei Schäden, welche die

Sicherheit beeinträchtigen, oder das
Ent-fernen der Sicherheitseinrichtungen
(verriegelbare Schutzhaube
sämtliche Verkleidungen) ist verboten!

Papierschneidemaschinen dienen aus­schließlich zum Schneiden von Papier oder
papierähnlichen Stoffen (Das Schneiden von
zu hartem oder splitterndem Material ist ver­boten).

Achtung: Vor dem Öffnen der Ma­schine und bei Servicearbeiten

SAFETY RULES

(a)

Important: Operation by one person at
a time only; no operation by children!

(b) The key for the control panel

after every knife change the automatic

the knife, clamp or backgauge are in
motion!

change the knife or cutting stick.
Careful: The knife is extremely sharp! It

should not be left loose but must be in
the machine, in the knife changing tool
or fastened in the IDEAL storage case!

(f) Defects or damage which affect the sa-

fety have to be corrected immediately.

enfants!

(e) Le remplacement de la lame ou de la

réglette ne doit être effectué que
machine arrêtée.

Attention: la lame est extrêmement
coupante! Elle ne doit jamais rester à
portée de main, mais doit être verrouillée
sur le massicot, avec le dispositif de
changement de lame ou dans l’em­ballage IDEAL!

(f) L’utilisation du massicot en cas de

défectuosité ainsi que le démontage
des systèmes de sécurité (carter de

VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

(a)

Belangrijk: Bediening door één per­soon, niet door kinderen!

(b) De verantwoordelijke persoon dient de

(c) Vóór gebruik van de machine en na het

vervangen van het mes dienen de auto­matische uitschakelfuncties van de
beschermkap
en het bedieningspaneel E gecontro­leerd te worden.

(d) Niet in het snijgebied grijpen zolang

mes, persbalk (= papieraandruk) of
zadel (= achteraanleg) in beweging zijn!

(e) Vervangen van mes en snijlat alleen bij

uitgeschakelde hoofdschakelaar.
Voorzichtig: het mes is extreem scherp!

Het mag niet los liggen, maar dient in de
machine, met de hulpstuk t.b.v. mes­wisseling of in de IDEAL-transportkist
vastgeschroefd te zijn.

(f) Schades en storingen die van invloed

zijn op de veiligheid dienen onmiddellijk

corregidos immediatamente. ¡Derivar o
desmontar los dispositivos de seguridad
(protección de seguridad
tapas) está prohibido!

Las máquinas de cortar papel están ideadas
exclusivamente para cortar papel o material
similar (cortar material duro o material que
pueda astillarse está prohibido).

Importante: ¡Antes de quitar las
tapas o durante el mantenimiento,
se recomienda desconectar la má­quina!

INSTALLATION

a) Use 2 strong people to lift the machine out
of the box.

b) Place the machine on a table. It can also
be placed onto the stand

sides are even with one another. After
reading the operating instructions slide them
into the holder

front side of the machine and insert the

e) Connect the machine to a normal single
phase socket. Power connection: 230 Volt/
50 Hz or 115 Volt/60Hz - the exact technical
specifications can be found on the technical
specifications sticker on the machine.

MONTAGE ET MISE EN SERVICE

a) Déballer la machine.
b) Poser la machine sur une table ou sur le
