Procedure:
1. Remove and save all existing grates. See Illustrations –1 & 2.

2. Remove all front and rear burners. See Illustrations – 3 & 4

3. Remove & discard all existing burner hanger assemblies.
See Illustrations – 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

4. Remove & replace orifice hoods.
Replace them with new # 42 orifice hoods (Natural Gas) or
# orifice hoods (Propane Gas) provided. See Illustration – 10.

5. Install new burner hangers as follows:
Connect new burner hanger assembly to existing pilot tubing supply line.
See Illustrations – 11 & 12.

Center and secure middle burner hanger first. To find the center, measure 18” from
the side of the unit, make a mark and use it as a guide to center hanger assembly,
secure it at front and rear with the self-tapping screws provided. See Illustrations 13
& 14. To center the side burner hanger assembly, measure from the center
assembly 12” make a mark to center it, to secure it repeat procedure as the one
used in the center assembly.

6. Install new two piece-burners. See Illustration – 14
