1. Introduction
The di gi tal multimeter is des igned and manufactu red acco rd ing to safety require ments of EN61010-1 on elec tr onic measuring in st rument and hand-hel d digital mult ip urpose meter. The product me et s with the
requ ir ements of EN61010-1 6 00V CAT III and pol lu tion degr ee 2 . The me te r can be used for measuri ng DC voltage, AC volt ag e, resistance, diod e, buzzer, Continuit y test, capa ci tance, frequency, DC curre nt , AC current and duty c yc le etc. Th e unique non-cont ac t AC voltage dete ct ion function can prom ptly remind you to pay atte nt ion to safety operati on, the full scale AC220 V prot ec tion design makes you m ore safe and relieved . This s er ies of meters can be wide ly u sed for schools, labs , research institut es, ente rp rises and factories e tc. various electro nic indu st ries. Plea se r ead this operating in struction careful ly and pay at te ntion to related safe w orking standards be fo re usin g th is meter, Protection p rovided by the instru ment will b e im paired if used in a man ne r not specified by the ma nu facturer.

2. Safety Information
The sp ec ial attention shoul d be paid when using the mete r be cause the improper us age may cause electri c shoc k an d damage the meter. The safety m ea sures in comm on s afety regulations a nd operating instru ction shou ld b e complied with whe n us ing. In order to make full y us e of its functions and en sure safe operation s, plea se c omply with the usage in t his section careful ly.
Warning
In order to avoid personal injury and meter damage caused by electric shock, the following safety tips should be paid attention to:
Don' t me asure any voltage out o f stipulated measur ing rang e of t he meter.
Don' t ap ply high voltage (abo ve 100V) at input end
when m ea suring resistance a nd diode.
Don' t us e the meter if the test lin e is damaged or
expo se d metal part.
Avoid using un de r direct sunlight o r hi gh temperature. Pay at te ntion to the possibil ity of electric shock w he n
meas ur ing voltage in excess o f 36V AC or 48C DC.
Befo re m easuring current, f irstly turn off the power of meas ur ed equipment and meas ured circuit, Elect rify to mea su re after connecting t est leads.
Pay at te ntion to battery pola rity when changing ba ttery.
