MANUFACTURER'S INTRODUCTION
This Heated Overshelf Unit features Marshall's own ThermoGlo™ heating technology. Heat radiates from every square inch of the upper flat plate heating surface. This eliminates the need to clean intricate calrod, wire and reflector assemblies.
Each shelf is independently controlled by an infinite control concealed on the inside of the overshelf control box. The independent controls determine the intensity of each heater. An On/Off switch is accessible to the store personnel allowing them to turn the unit on or off only. The Heated Overshelf Unit offers the latest in technological design which gives you the most favorable holding characteristics in a system that is simple to work with and operate.

DAILY CHECKLIST AND CLEANING GUIDE
TO USE THE OVERSHELF
1. Turn on the power switch. The infinite switches are enclosed in the control box. The unit is ready to use after a 30 minute preheat period.
2. The unit is factory set, however, if a new setting is required, first unplug the unit and open the control box cover door. The terminals on the On/Off switch will be exposed when the cover is off so again be sure to unplug the unit or cut it off at the circuit breaker. The two infinite switches will be visible when the cover is removed. Make your new settings, close the cover, plug unit in and turn back on.
