Food Warming
The Marshall ThermoGlo™ Food Warming
technology radiates uniform heat side to side, end to
end, on every square inch of the heating surface.
ThermoGlo™ is designed with a flat, unbreakable
radiating metal face encased in stainless steel housing
and delivers a wide range of temperature capabilities to
fill exact warming and holding requirements. You
identify the required temperature, and then select the
heat intensity to furnish that specific temperature using
the chart on the right. ThermoGlo™ surface has no
reflectors, wire guards, nooks or crannies so it wipes
completely clean with a moist cloth. ThermoGlo™ can
be mounted in your pass-through window, dump
station, under over shelf.

TM
ThermoGlo™ has no bulbs, lamps or tubes that
glow hot in a concentrated area reducing element
life and prohibiting uniform heat radiation. Food
stays “presentation ready” longer because exact
internal temperatures can be reached faster and
maintained longer.

• Even heat distribution across the entire
ThermoGlo™ surface means every square inch of
surface operates cooler, which lessens oxidation
and corrosion, and increases element life.
• Extremely durable metal heating surface is encased
in a tough stainless steel housing. There are no
fragile exposed bulbs or tubes to chip or break… or
fall into food.
• ThermoGlo™ carries a full 2-year repair or
replacement guarantee.
