Congratulations on purchasing your Marshall DSL pedal.
The sounds of DSL amplifiers are found on countless
records from the last three decades. Now the same
distinctive bass driven overdrive tone is available
from your pedalboard. Adjust the pedal for anything
from a gentle growl to intense fuzz.
We hope you enjoy your new pedal as much as we
have enjoyed designing and building it for you.
The Marshall Team
This device requires power from either a 9V battery or
a 9V DC power supply adapter (not included).
To fit a battery:
• remove the battery compartment cover on the
underside of the pedal;
• connect the battery terminals to the battery;
• insert the battery into the battery compartment;
and
• replace the battery compartment cover.
Remove the battery from the pedal when not in use.
When selecting a power supply adapter for your
pedal, ensure it is compatible with both the pedal and
your mains electricity supply. Your Marshall dealer
can help you with this.
Warning: incompatible power supply adapters may
produce unwanted noise and / or damage your pedal.

The pedal is active when the light-ring is illuminated.
Press the footswitch again to deactivate the pedal
(true bypass).
• GAIN
Sets the pre-distortion level.
• DEEP
Use this control to dial in a low-end boost.
• TONE
A high frequency roll off (post-distortion). Low
settings sound brighter and higher settings
produce more rounded, less cutting sounds.
• VOLUME
Controls the output level of the pedal (post-distortion).

INTRODUCTION
Ce dispositif doit être alimenté par une pile de 9 V ou
un adaptateur d’alimentation de 9 V DC (non inclus).
Pour installer une pile :
• retirez le cache du compartiment de la pile
• situé sous la pédale ;
• connectez la pile aux bornes prévues à cet eet ;
• insérez la pile dans le compartiment ;
• remettez le cache du compartiment en place.
Retirez la pile de la pédale lorsqu’elle n’est pas utilisée.
Lorsque vous choisissez un adaptateur d’alimentation
pour votre pédale, assurez-vous qu’il est compatible
avec la pédale et avec votre alimentation électrique.
Votre revendeur Marshall peut vous aider à cet effet.
Avertissement : les adaptateurs d’alimentation
incompatibles peuvent générer des bruits indésirables et / ou endommager votre pédale.

DSL-Pedals.
Der Klang von DSL-Verstärkern ist in zahllosen Aufnahmen der letzten drei Jahrzehnte zu hören. Nun ist
derselbe unverwechselbare, bassbetonte OverdriveSound von Ihrem Pedalboard verfügbar. Sie können
das Pedal für alles von einem sanften Growl- bis zu
einem intensiven Fuzz-Effekt einstellen.
Wir hoffen, dass dir dein neues Pedal so viel Freude
bereitet, wie seine Gestaltung und Entwicklung uns
bereitet hat.
Das Team von Marshall
Dieses Gerät wird mit einer 9-V-Batterie oder einem
9V-DC-Netzteiladapter (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) betrieben.
Eine Batterie einlegen:
• Die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs an der Unterseite des Pedals abnehmen.
• Batterieklemmen mit der Batterie verbinden.
• Batterie in das Batteriefach einlegen und
• die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs wieder schließen.
Die Batterie aus dem Pedal entfernen, wenn es nicht
verwendet wird.
Achte bei der Auswahl eines Netzteiladapters für dein
Pedal darauf, dass es mit dem Pedal und mit deiner
Netzstromversorgung kompatibel ist. Dein MarshallHändler kann dich dahingehend beraten.
Warnung: Inkompatible Netzteiladapter können
unerwünschte Geräusche verursachen und / oder
dein Pedal beschädigen.

Este dispositivo requiere la potencia de una batería de

INTRODUZIONE
Questo dispositivo è alimentato o da una batteria a 9V
