 2-HPGR - 2 burner, heavy duty gas square hotplate

DESCRIPTION

The Market Forge 2-HPGR consists of two burner surface units
mounted on a 34” high (863mm) cabinet base. A 10”Ø (254mm)
pot or pan is the maximum capacity that may be used on burn­ers. Burners are removable ring type and shall be provided with a
removable drip pan.

Controls are recessed in the front of the burners for ease of opera­tion and cleaning. Countertop and cabinet base shall be constructed
of polished 16 gauge stainless steel and designed to match other
Market Forge equipment. Cabinet base is equipped with a hinged
door with magnetic latch.

The 2 burner hot plate shall be equipped with as standard, a remov­able drip pan, bottom shelf, four 6” (152mm) adjustable bullet feet
and a pilot safety shut-off valve.

3/4” NPT (19mm) on the right hand rear of the appliance. The
pressure regulator (supplied) is to be connected here by the
installer. Manifold gas pressure from regulator to gas valve shall
be 5” W.C. for natural and 10” W.C. for LP gas. Incoming gas
pressure must not exceed 12” W.C.

INSTALLATION CLEARANCE:

When installing against combustible surfaces (side walls) is 3”
(76mm) and (rear walls) is 6” (152mm) clearance is required.
When installing against non-combustable surfaces (rear or side
walls) 0” clearance is required.

If equipment is to be installed where the elevation exceeds 2000’
(609.6 meters) above sea level, specify installation altitude so that
proper orifices can be provided.
