DESCRIPTION: Shall be a Market Forge 2-HPG con­sisting of two burner surface units mounted on 28"
711 mm high cabinet base. 10" 254mm diameter pot
or pan is the maximum size that may be used on
burners. Burners shall be removable ring type and shall
be provided with removable drip pan.

Burner controls shall be recessed in a well in counter
top, and shall be constructed so that well lifts up and
out for ease of cleaning. Counter top shall be 16 gauge
stainless steel. Cabinet base shall be of modular de­sign to match other Market Forge cooking equipment
as required, and shall be equipped with removable drip
pan, bottom shelf, hinged door with magnetic latch,
6" 152mm Iegs with adjustable bullet feet, and shall
be polished stainless steel.

OPERATION SHALL BE BY:

❏Natural Gas ❏Propane Gas

Manifold gas pressure from regulator to gas valve shall
be 5” W.C for natural gas and 10” W.C. for LP gas.
Incoming gas pressure must not exceed 12” W.C.

Each burner will include a pilot safety shut off.

space from rear wall if adjoining wall is combustible.

If equipment is to be installed where the elevation ex­ceeds 2000`609.6 meters above sea level, specify in­stallation altitude so that proper orifices can be pro­vided.
