[PHENOMENON]

Capacitors C903 and C904 may short-circuit very rarely.

[REASONS]

The shortage of voltage-proof of the capacitor.

[SOLUTION]

1. POS.NO C903 and C904 CAP,CERAMIC(0.1uF 50V) is changed to part no.90M-DK100920R(0.1uF 100V).

[REMARKS]

1. This problem apply to the following week code.

CD5400 apply to MZ010425xxxxxx

2. This improvement has been done in the production week code MZ010426xxxxxx and after.
