Q-0320/420 Water Pump Mounting Bracket

WARNING! DISCONNECT ALL ELECTRICAL POWER TO ICE MACHINE
1. Before replacing components, apply supplied RTV silicone on inside corners of new water pump mounting
2. Remove front panel, top cover, and right side panel.
3. Remove existing water pump and cord track.
4. Remove top cover from water pump and remove original wire lead. Disconnect water pump lead wires at control
box and remove pump outlet grommet from bulkhead. Discard wire.
5. Drill two 5/8” diameter holes in right side panel and install bushings, as shown in Fig. 1.
6. Mount supplied bracket to water pump, as shown in Fig. 2.
7. Place pump and bracket assembly into position. When positioning, the bracket will slip over the water level probe
and the water pump will be up against the water trough. Using the new bracket as a template, mark and drill three 5/32” diameter holes in right side of machine.
8. Install supplied wire harness onto water pump/bracket assembly. Route wire leads through lower hole in side
panel and back through top hole in side panel.
9. Install assembly back into machine using the supplied screws. Connect wires, TB30 and TB31. Connect ground
lead to ground screw where original pump lead was grounded.
10. Install supplied hole plug from under side of control box where original leads were routed through.
11. Remove water curtain and trim bottom corner, as shown in Fig. 3. Reinstall curtain.
12. Seal existing cord track holes with supplied screws. Silicone open screw hole on left side of water pump bracket.
13. Install panels back onto machine.
14. Reconnect power and test machine.
