4. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in or near a heated oven.
5. DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
6. Ensure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
7. Household use only. Do not use outdoors.
8. Before using for the first time, check if voltage indicator on the base of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your home.
9. Do not turn the power on unless this appliance is properly assembled.
10. Leave about 6-8 inches of open space all around the exterior of this appliance, while in use.
11. Find a stable and level area when using this appliance.
12. DO NOT touch the appliance or the plug with wet hands.
13. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containin g hot oil or other hot liquids.
14. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
15. Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and that all parts are stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning.
16. To disconnect, turn the temperature control to the lowest setting and wait for unit to cool, then unplug cord from electrical outlet.
17. Unplug unit from electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
18. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
19. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break. DO NOT let the electrical cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
20. Do not place the power cord, plug, or any electrical parts of this product in water or other liquids.
21. Do not use this appliance with a damaged electrical outlet.
22. Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.

23. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut power cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the motor housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
24. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product you r s e lf. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing.
25. Return appliance to authorized service center for examination, repair, or adjustment.

How to Use
WARNING: BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME, WIPE THE COOKING PLATES WITH
SOFT, DAMP CLOTH AND DRY. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID. DO NOT RUN WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE COOKING SURFACES.
NOTE: WHEN THE GRILL IS HEATED FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT MAY EMIT SLIGHT SMOKE OR ODOR. THIS IS NORMAL WITH MANY HEATING APPLIANCES.
CAUTION: WHEN OPERATING THE GRILL, USE THE HANDLE ONLY FOR PRESSING THE FOOD PLACED ON THE LOWER NON-STICK PLATE. DO NOT USE THE HANDLE TO LIFT THE UNIT. WHEN LIFTING THE UNIT, ALWAYS USE TWO HANDS.
INSTRUCTIONS: NOTE:
OIL OVER THE COOKING SURFACE.
TO PRESERVE THE NONSTICK COATING, APPLY A LIGHT COATING OF COOKING
1. Place the grill on a dry, level, heat resistant surface.
2. Turn the temperature control to desired temperature.
PANINI MAKER
a. Close the grill and plug into electrical outlet. Power and ready light
will turn on, indicating the grill is heating.
b. When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will
turn off. c. Open the grill and place food on the bottom cooking plate. d. Close the grill. The ready light will turn on. e. Cook for 3 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. When the grill reaches
the selected temperature, the ready light will turn off. NOTE: Longer cooking may be necessary for food such as raw meat even after the ready light turns off. f. Use the handle and open the grill. Remove food using plastic utensils.
Never use metal tongs or knife on non-stick cooking surfaces.
Damages may occur.
HEALTH GRILL (180° Open)
a. Pull the Handle Control Button and open the grill 180°. b. Plug into electrical outlet. Power and ready light will turn on,
indicating the grill is heating. c. When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will
turn off. d. Place food on the cooking plates. The ready light will turn on. NOTE: Both drain cups must be positioned to catch any oil or fluids from cooked foods. e. When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will
turn off. NOTE: Longer cooking may be necessary for food such as raw meat even after the ready light turns off. f. Remove food using plastic utensils. Never use metal tongs or knife on
non-stick cooking surfaces. Damages may occur.
3. When finished cooking, disconnect plug from electrical outlet. Leave the grill open for cooling.

Care and Maintenance
WARNING: ALWAYS TURN THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL TO LOWEST SETTING
BEFORE UNPLUGGING CORD FROM ELECTRICAL OUTLET. MAKE SURE THE APPLIANCE IS COMPLETELY COOLED BEFORE CLEANING.
CAUTION: USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING THE NON-STICK SURFACE OF THE GRILL. DO NOT USE SHARP UTENSILS OR KNIVES ON THE GRILL. NON-STICK COATING MUST NOT BE SCRATCHED OR SCRAPED.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR SCOURING PADS TO CLEAN ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT. STORE THE PRODUCT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE GRILL IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
1. Turn temperature control to lowest setting and unplug cord from electrical outlet. Make sure the grill is cooled.
2. Wipe the grill and lid with soft, damp cloth.
3. If washing by hand, use a sponge or soft scouring pad with liquid detergent. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or metal pads that can damage the non­stick coating.
4. Rinse and dry.
5. Wipe the outside of the base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the grill in water or other liquid.
6. Store the grill in a dry place.
NOTE: Remove and empty the drain cup after each use and wash it in warm, soapy water. Do not use harsh scouring pads or detergents. Rinse and dry with a clean, soft cloth before use.

This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in original materials, including original parts, and workmanship for 2 years with proof of purchase.
The warranty is void if the defect is due to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper repair or alteration by unauthorized persons or failure to follow operation instructions provided with the product. This warranty does not apply to commercial use.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase and does not extend to subsequent owners of the product. Liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund. In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser of the product.
