If you require technical support or in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please
telephone our After Sales Support for immediate assistance. Faulty product claims made
within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided that

your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected. This limited warranty does not
apply in cases of damage caused by accident, improper use, abuse or force majeure.

Polarized Plug
The electric skillet has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug is intended to fi t into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fi t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fi t, contact a qualifi ed electrician. DO
NOT attempt to modify the plug in any way. If the plug fi ts
loosely into the AC outlet or if the AC outlet feels warm, DO
NOT use that outlet.
