IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should also be observed, including the following. PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
1. Please read and save these instructions before using the appliance.
2. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
3. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended for use by children.
4. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in or near a heated oven.
5. Ensure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
6. DO NOT operate the motor without the melted chocolate in the base of the tower.
7. Household use only. Do not use outdoors.
8. Before using for the first time, check if voltage indicator on the base of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your home.
9. Do not turn the power on unless this appliance is properly assembled.
10. Leave about 6-8 inches of open space all around the exterior of this appliance, while in use.
11. Find a stable and level area when using the chocolate fondue fountain.
12. UNIT MUST BE LEVEL, FOR CORRECT USE.
13. DO NOT touch the appliance or the plug with wet hands.
14. DO NOT HANDLE THE AUGER WHEN IN MOTION.
15. Avoid contact with moving parts.
16. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
17. The chocolate acts like a lubricant for the auger and tower. If the motor is switched ON without the chocolate in the base this could damage the unit.
Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and that
18. all parts are stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning.
19. Unplug unit from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
20. DO NOT place the motor base in water, dishwasher or any other liquid.
21. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
22. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break. DO NOT let the electrical cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
23. Do not place the base, power cord, or plug of this product in or expose the parts to water or other liquids.
24. Do not use chocolate fondue fountain with a damaged outlet.
25. Keep all foreign objects out of the fountain while operating, check regularly for large chunks of food in base bowl such as fruit, marshmallows, etc. This is to protect from clogging the unit.
26. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body part from coming into contact with the product while it is operating.
27. Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
28. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut power cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the motor housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
29. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualif ied service personnel shou ld perform any servicing.
30. Return appliance to authorized service center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
31. Do not use this appliance other than its intended use.

How to Assemble
Operating Instructions
USING YOUR CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN
1) Find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting.
2) The unit MUST BE LEVEL to operate properly.
3) Make sure your cord or extension is away from any contact with water.
4) SWITCH POSITIONS-LEFT is for the MOTOR, RIGHT is for the HEATER.
MOTOR CONTROL HEATER CONTROL
How to Use
WARNING: ALWAYS ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT COMPLETELY BEFORE PLUGGING IT
INTO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET. INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Turn the switch on the right of the unit to start the heater on THE FONDUE FOUNTAIN.
2) Let the unit WARM UP for AT LEAST 3-5 MINUTES before adding the liquid.
3) While the machine is warming up:
a. PREPARING THE CHOCOLATE:
i. The quickest way to prepare the chocolate for the fount a in is
by slightly melting the chocolate in the microwave
ii. Combine 3 cups of chocolate chips with ¾ to 1 cup of cooking
oil.
iii. Other liquid flavors can be added at this time.
4) Place in microwave and cook for 2 ½ minutes, when done stir chocolate. If necessary reheat the chocolate in the microwave for another 2 minutes and stir again.
5) **NEVER ADD COLD OR COOL LIQUIDS TO THE FOUNTAIN, IT WILL STOP THE FLOW**
6) The chocolate needs to be completely melted and of thin consistency to allow proper flow. (Add more oil if necessary, use a large spoon to test the consistency examining how the chocolate drips from the spoon)
7) Once the chocolate is completely melted, turn the motor switch on the Chocolate Fondue Fountain to the ON position, so the motor and heater are running at the same time.
8) CREATING THE FONDUE FOUNTAIN EFFECT:
a. Carefully pour the melted chocolate in the bowl at the base of the
tower.
b. The melted chocolate is drawn under the tower and carried up the
tower by the rotating Auger.
c. The chocolate should then begin to flow out from the top
and flow over the sides evenly to the next tier and so on.

Cheese Fondue and BBQ Sauce Recipes
1. Your chocolate fondue fountain can also be used as a Cheese Fountain and BBQ Sauce Fountain. We recommend the recipes below to ensure an even flow of sauce through the fondue fountain .
a. CHEESE FONDUE RECIPE
i. 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
ii. 2 cups heavy cream
iii. Pinch of salt
iv. 1-2 cups milk (used to thin sauce to correct consistency if
necessary)
v. Mix salt with the cream and scald (almost to a boil).
vi. Add cubed cheese to hot cream and melt over low heat,
stirring constantly.
vii. Add 1 cup of milk to thin sauce to the correct consistency.
viii. Pour cheese sauce into bowl at the base of the unit. Fill to
just below the rim. *NOTE: This recipe makes enough leftover cheese sauce to add to the fountain later if needed.
Suggested Dipping Items for Cheese Sauce: tortilla chips, mini tacos, breaded chicken, cocktail sausages, assorted breads, bread sticks, pretzels, cauliflower, broccoli florets, celery stalks.
b. BBQ
SAUCE RECIPE
i. 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
ii. 2 cups heavy cream
iii. Pinch of salt
iv. 1-2 cups milk (used to thin sauce to correct consistency if
necessary)
v. Mix salt with the cream and scald (almost to a boil).
vi. Add cubed cheese to hot cream and melt over low heat,
stirring constantly.
vii. Add 1 cup of milk to thin sauce to the correct consistency.
viii. Pour cheese sauce into bowl at the base of the unit. Fill to
just below the rim. 28 Oz. BBQ sauce
ix. ½ cup of water or apple juice
*Premium-grade BBQ sauce will require additional thinning. Mix BBQ sauce, with
water or apple juice, in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir well and add to the fountain.
NOTE: BBQ Sauce will not flow as well as melted chocolate. Suggested Dipping Items for BBQ Sauce: cocktail wieners, cooked meatballs,
chicken wings, ribs, chicken tenders, and steak cubes, bread sticks, assorted breads, pretzels, cubed smoked ham, sliced sausage, potato chips, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli florets, celery stalks, pineapple, pepper strips, etc.
Care and Maintenance
WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE PRODUCT FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND
ALLOW THE UNIT TO COMPLETELY COOL DOWN BEFORE DISASSEMBLING IT FOR CLEANING. NEVER IMMERSE CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
CAUTION: USE CAUTION WHEN ATTACHING OR DETACHING THE PARTS TO THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN AND DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR SCOURING PADS TO CLEAN ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT. STORE THE PRODUCT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
CLEANING: MAKE SURE UNIT IS UNPLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING, ALLOW PARTS TO COOL TO THE TOUCH. BEWARE THE TOWER, AUGER, AND BASE CAN GET VERY HOT AFTER USE.
1) To clean the Fondue Fountain, carefully remove the Tower and Auger after cooled.
2) Wipe off remaining chocolate with paper towels.
3) Dip in hot water for 5 minutes, then wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
4) DO NOT POUR OUT EXCESS OR LEFTOVER FLUIDS DOWN THE DRAIN OR IN TOILET. a. POUR IN SEPARATE PLASTIC BAG OR DISPOSABLE CONTAINER AND DISPOSE OF.
5) Carefully pour out as much remaining chocolate from the base bowl as possible.
6) Use damp sponge or clothe to wipe clean the remainder.
7) Wipe outside of unit with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
NOTE: DO NOT IMMERSE BASE IN WATER! THIS HOLDS ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN’S LIFESPAN DEPENDS UPON HOW WELL IT IS CLEANED AND MAINTAINED AFTER EVERY USE. PLEASE BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE NEXT PAGE AND MAKE SURE THE TOWER IS FLUSHED WHILE WASHING THE UNIT TO PREVENT BUILDUP FROM SOLIDIFIED LIQUIDS AND FOOD. NEVER USE ANY ABRASIVE CLEANING PRODUCTS ON THE BASE TO MAINTAIN ORIGINAL FINISH.

This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in original materials, including original parts, and workmanship for 2 years with proof of purchase.
The warranty is void if the defect is due to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper repair or alteration by unauthorized persons or failure to follow operation instructions provided with the product. This warranty does not apply to commercial use.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase and does not extend to subsequent owners of the product.
