Before using Rock Band 3 (the “sof tware”) or the drum, g uitar, keyboard and/or microphone inten ded for use with the s oftware (each, a “cont roller”)
with the Pla yStation 3 system , pl ease read the PlayStat ion 3 system instructi on manual for safety, heal th, and all other info rmation and instruction s
regarding th e proper use of the Pl ayStation 3 system. Fo r ease of reference, t he term “game” shall r efer collectively to th e software and any and all
controllers.
All questions regarding the PlayStation 3 system should be directed to the manufacturer.
WARNING: NO C HILD UNDER 36 MONTHS OF AGE SHOULD USE OR PLAY WITH THE GAME. Controllers should be kept out of reach of young childr en
at all times . Controllers are suit able and intended only for use by adults and , if they are under st rict adult supervision, for children who are at least 12
years of age .
CAUTION: Con trollers must be handl ed and used with care to avoid injury. Controlle rs are to be used only where sufficient space is available to
prevent inju ry (by contact with an y controller or other player) or damage (inc luding to personal pro perty). Care must be ta ken to never place fing ers
under the ke yboard during use. The re is a potential risk of epileptic attacks that may be caused by video games.
