Environmentally-oriented production: In the production of our products, we
attach importance to the protection of the environment. We use environmentally
friendly plastics and colours. We intentionally avoid flame-retardant agents
harmful to the environment. We use non-solvent adhesives, unbleached paper or
safe plastic for our filter bags.
Recyclable materials: The materials used in our products are almost completely
recyclable. We refrain extensively from the use of PVC. In the construction of our
products, we are concerned about “pure grade” materials: The materials used
can later be separated with low energy consumption. To make recycling even
easier, we have marked most of our plastic parts.

floors, parquet or ceramic tiles. It has a flexible plate bristle,
designed to handle hard-to-reach areas like corners, around
furniture feet, under chairs and tight space.

The swiveling head allows to vacuum in tight corner and
around any obstacles.

PARKING AND STORING
Parking
The LUX sora and the floor nozzle can stand on their
own due to the ergonomically shaped electrical tube.
Place the electrical tube in an upright position until the

importance that the electrical tube is leaning forward in a
straight line, otherwise it could tip over. In the parking
position, the LUX sora will remain at the performance
level previously selected.

LUX sora around. Alternatively, carry the appliance
using the recessed grip located at the bottom front of
the appliance.
Storing

temperature with the power switched off, the electrical plug
disconnected and the power cord rewound. Put the appliance
upright and attach the electrical tube as shown in the picture.

CHANGING THE FILTERS
General note
During care and maintenance of your LUX sora, always pay attention to the filter
exchange indicator on the appliance hood. If you do not change the filters, in
particular the filter bag, the LUX sora will no longer have its full suction power
performance.
Filter bag
The filter exchange indicator on theLUX sora indicates the
amount of dust content in the filter bag. If the indicator is
completely yellow, the pores of the filter bag are blocked to
such an extent that the bag has to be exchanged.
In order to change one of the various filters, pull the metal
release handle and open the appliance hood.
Take out the full filter bag. Afterwards insert a new filter
bag making sure that the holding plate fits into the
respective recesses of the appliance. After closing the
appliance hood, the filter exchange indicator is reset
automatically. The display is not yellow anymore.
Please note
If no filter bag is inserted, the appliance hood cannot be
closed. Always use Lux original filter bags to ensure
optimum performance of your appliance.
Page 13
Active odour filter
The active odour filter is made of granular charcoal. Due to
its immense surface structure this filter is capable of
removing bad smells and odours resulting from decaying
organic substances in the filter bag. At the same time, the
active odour filter acts as a motor protection filter.
In order to change the active odour filter, take out the
filter bag first. Press the upper flap of the holding grid.
Pull the grid out and remove the filter pad. Insert a new
filter pad into the grid with the printing facing outwards.
Push the grid back into its original position and hook in
the upper flap. Re-insert the filter bag. When you have
closed the hood, the appliance is ready for operation.
After inserting the active odour filter has an effective life
span of approximately one year, depending on use.
HEPA hygiene micro filter
The HEPA hygiene micro filter collects the smallest dust
particles.
It is of particular importance for people who are allergic to
household dust, but also prevention for non-allergic
people. The HEPA hygiene micro filter ensures that the
air exhausted is cleaner than the air in the room.
In order to change the HEPA hygiene micro filter, open
the appliance hood and press the flap located at the side
of the HEPA hygiene micro filter. When inserting the new
HEPA hygiene micro filter, make sure the flap is facing
towards the cable drum. Then close the hood. The
appliance is now ready for operation.
After inserting, the HEPA hygiene micro filter has an
effective life span of one year, depending on usage.
The HEPA hygiene micro filter and the active odour filter
can be disposed with your household waste.

The seal of ultimate filtration

LUX sora is cleaner than the air in the room.
