and/or damage to the device and void the warranty.

in case this m a nual is difficult to understand or in case of loss.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

LOWE warrants this product to its customers (pursua nt to the Article 128, co. 2, lett. a) of
the Italian legislative decree 6.09.2005, nr. 206, Consumer Code) for the period of two (2)
years from the date of purchase.

To exercise your warranty rights you will hav e to sh ow a p ur c has e doc ume nt, attest i ng th e
date of purchase, the product description, model and serial number. In case you bought
it from a retailer, you will have to show a docume nt indicating their name, address and
VAT.

LOWE srl also ensures the availability of spare parts for ten (10) years from the date of
purchase (quality warranty).

When a problem occurs and if it is com mu nicate d wit hi n t he warranty period, LOWE srl will,
at its discretion, replac e th e pro duct for free.

LOWE srl wa rrants the devi c e only when used in accordance with the instructions provided
in this manual. The warranty does not cover failures due to improper maintenance,
tampering, use of non original accessories, wear, fall or break of fragile parts, unauthorized
opening of casings, not adequate placement or installation, modification, alteration or
repair by anyone not authorized by LOWE srl, purchase documents and/or serial numbers
unreadable or tamper ed.

Should it be necessary to return the product, use the original packaging enclosing a
purchase document that certifies the date of the product purchase and a document
indicating the occurred problem. Before shipping the product make sure you have
consulted the manual section "Problems and solutions".

SAFETY WARNINGS

After removing the device from the packaging, check the integrity of the content and the
presence of any transport damage. If in doubt, do not turn on the device and call the
LOWE Customer Servic e.

Keep out of reach of children: the device is not a toy.
Children or people cannot use this device with reduced mental or sensory capacity.

People with reduced physica l ability or with lac k of exp erien ce and k nowl edge can use it
if they are properly monitored, if they were instructed (by referring to this manual) about
the safety use of the device, or if they understand the related dangers.

This device must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed that is as laser
device for personal us e t o perform aesthetic treatment s on t h e face and body.

Before connecting the device, check that the data of the voltage on the rating plate of
the charger and in the "Technical features" of this manual correspond to those of the
mains electricity available.

Do not use the device during the charging process or once it is ended, if the device is not
yet disconnected from the mains electricity.

Do not pull the power cable or the unit to remove the plug from the voltage adapter or
from the power outlet.

If the power cable or the power plug of voltage adapter are damaged, LOWE Customer
Service must replace th em , in order to avoid any risks.

Do not use a different charger from the one provided.
Always unplug the electr ic al power cable before clean ing and m aintenance.
Before connecting or disconnecting the power cable of the charger from the device

connector, make sure you have previously unplugged from the power out l et.
Do not use the dev ice c lose t o water or ot her li quid s ources . Nev er imme rse th e devi ce in

liquids.
Never use the device in pres ence of anesthetic and inflammable substances.
Do not expose the device to humidity, to the influence of weather conditions (such as

rain, sun), to chemical products and vibrations.
Use, charge and store the device observing the following environmental characteristics:

room temperature +10˚C to +40˚C, humidity from 10% to 80% without condensation.

In case of failure or malfunction of the device, turn it off and do not tamper it. For any
repairs please contact only LOWE Customer Service.

Do not use the device in the internal parts of the body.
Do not point the device towards the eyes. Always avoid eye exposure to direct or

scattered laser beam r adi at ion and led.
Do not unscrew the device since inside there are electronic components that can be

damaged. Only LOWE srl trained personnel can open the device.
The battery replacement operation must be carried out only and exclusively by LOWE srl

trained personnel.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Do not use the device in case of: pregnancy, neoplasia 8in progress), on the thyroid area,
immuno-suppressive therapy, decompensated diabetes and therapies with
vasoconstrictors drugs.

Do not use the device in presence of photosensitivity reactions (often due to the intake of
known drugs) because the side effects of the combination of theese drugs with the
infrarred laser and the red l ight leds are not clear enough.

Do not use the laser if you have a pacemaker. Pacemakers are a contra-indication to the
use of laser.

Means of fixation, metal and plastics plates are not a contraindication to the use of the
laser.

During the treatment with PERFECT SKIN it is recommended not to wear any jewel, dress or
accessory that may be reflective on the treatment or adjacent areas.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE AND ACCESSORIES

PERFECT SKIN is a soft laser for personal usage for aesthetic treatments for the face and
body.

The energy emitted both from the LED red beam and the infrared beam of laser diodes
plays an action of biostimulation and tissue regeneration that represents an effective
solution for skin imperfections and also a vehicle effect of some substances into the body.

The LED treatment ensures a natural biostimulation, directly removing the damages
caused by aging through the emission of a monochromatic light without thermal effect.
This mechanism stimulates the cell metabolism, inducing derma and sub-dermis to
increase the production of collagen and elastin.

The infrared laser stimulates the general mechanisms involved in the tissue regeneration. It
has positive influence on the stimulation of fibroblasts for the production of new type I
collagen and elastin, as well as enzymatic photoactivation effects that provoke an
improvement of the metabolic processes and of cell "respiration" thanks to the

vasodilation effect that provides the skin with a higher quantity of blood and therefore
nutrients.

The combination of red LED with infrared Laser diodes (which are invisible to human eye)
provokes the opening of skin channel able to conveying active principles (such as
vitamins and hyaluronic acid) to skin, maximizing its result and combining it with the
beneficial effects of th e t w o t echn ologies indicated above.

PERFECT SKIN has 4 led indicators on the Control panel (n. 7, 8, 9,10) with the following
features:

The LED indicators n. 8, n. 9 and n.10 simultaneously flash when the charging process is
finished.

DEVICE CHARGE

The battery charger supplied with the device complies with the safety directive of

information technology equipment EN60950-1.

We recommend that you do not use other battery chargers than the one supplied. The
use of any different battery charger might damage the device and invalidate the
warranty.
Once connected the battery charger to the device, before plugging it to mains or to a
computer, check that the device has not been damaged during transportation and
make sure that the characteristics of the power supply on mains comply with the
characteristics indicated on the bottom of the devic e.

Before using PERFECT SKIN for the first time, charge the batteries by following the following
indications:

1. Insert the battery charger connector to the plug at the bottom of the device

2. Plug the battery charger to mains or to a computer through USB port

3. The red led turns on: this indicates that the charging process in pr ogress. Ful l charging
will take about 3 hours

4. To indicate the end of the charging process, all the green le d lights start blinking

5. Unplug the battery charger from mains or the computer.

6. Disconnect the battery charger connector from the device, which is now ready to be
used.

When the device is out of power, one of the three green led lights starts blinking. The led
turns off after the charg ing process has started.
If PERFECT S KIN is connecte d to mains whe n is still turned on, it will tu rn off automatically.

USE

OPERATION TEST

Whenever you want to use PERFECT SKIN, you have to verify it works correctly by carrying
out the following test.

1. To test the device, place it with the lens down and in contact with any part of the body,
except for the eyes, for example with hands or legs (the photodiode enables the infrared
laser beam and the pointing red led at a distance shorter than 3 cm from any surface or
part).

2. Tur n on the device by holding the power button pressed for few seconds. The red led
will blink and the FACE green led will turn on by default .

3. The red led is blinking (laser emission in standby mode). Place a hand at a distance
shorter than 3 cm from the device’s lens (it is better there is a contact), thus the red led will
emit a fixed light (laser emission in progress).

4. If the operation test has be en successful, you can proceed w ith the desired treatment.

When the device is turned on, it will be in FACE mode by default. If you prefer to go to the
BODY mode hold the power button pressed until the green led of the desired program will
turn on. If you prefer to go to the CREAM mode hold again the power button pressed until
the green led of the desired program will turn on. To go back to the FACE treatment hold
again the button pressed by turning off the device and continuing pressing it until it will
turn on.

FACE TREATMENT

- To obtain a drainage effect and provide the skin with a bright appearance;

- To remove wrinkles and obtain a face anti-agin g effect.

The FACE treatment must be performed on clean, dry and without make-up face skin.
Please remove any jewel or dress that may be reflective to the area to be treated or to
the adjacent area. Open the box containing the PERFECT SKIN LASER, remove the device
case and press the power button until the green light led of the FACE program will turn on
by making sure to never direct the lens, and thus the Laser beam and the LED, toward the
eyes. Before performing this program we suggest to wear the supplied protective goggles.
Put the device lens in contact with face skin by keeping it as much perpendicular as
possible. The treatment is performed by treating the hemiface (half face) at a time, it must
start from the lower part of the face, preferably, the chin, and then slowly you must move
to the upper part (forehead). It is important to treat the whole half part of the face trying
to distribute the LED and infrared Laser energy homogeneously to the entire surface. Each

time the infrared Laser emission and the red led are activated the device will emi t a short
acoustic signal. The movements with PERFECT SKIN must be slow holding the device
perpendicular to the treating area so as to allow the Laser and LED to transfer the
necessary energy to the skin for the anti-aging treatment, by focusing on the areas mainly
affected by imperfections (wrinkles). The treatment duration for the hemiface is 15
minutes. At the end of the time, the device will emit a triple acoustic signal before
automatically turning off, which indicates the end of the program for the treated
hemiface. Once ended the treatment, turn on again the device, as indicated in this
procedure, set it for the FACE program and perform the treatment on the other hemiface.
Perform the same movements by focusing on the ar eas mainly affected b y imperfections
(wrinkles) until the triple acoustic signal of the device, which indicates the end of the
treatment on the hemifac e an d th e en d o f t he first FACE treatment.
Repeat the treatment fo r at le ast 3-4 times per week.

BODY TREATMENT

- To improve skin imperfections caused by cellulite (PEFS);

- To improve the state of stretch marks and obtain a drainage effect.

The BODY treatment must be performed on clean, dry and without cream body skin.
Please remove any jewel or dress that may be reflective to the area to be treated or to
the adjacent area. Open the box containing the PERFECT SKIN LASER, remove the device
case and press the power button until the green light led of the BODY program will turn on
by making sure to never direct the lens, and thus the Laser beam and the LED, toward the
eyes. Put the device lens in contact with body skin by keeping it as much perpendicular
as possible. The treatment is performed by treating one area of the body (for example the
right thigh) at a time and it must start form the l ower par t of it moving i t slowing to w ard the
upper par t. It is important to treat the whole area of the body trying to dis tribute the red
LED and infrared Laser energy homogeneously to the entire surface. Each time the
infrared Laser emission and the red led are activated the device will emit a short acoustic
signal. The movements with PERFECT SKIN must be slow holding the device perpendicular
to the treating area so as to allow the Laser and LED to transfer the necessary energy to
the skin for the treatment of imperfections, by focusing on the mainly affected areas
(cellulite and stretch marks). The treatment duration is 20 minutes. At the end of this time,
the device will emit a tripe acoustic signal before automatically turning off. Once ended
the treatment on the selected area of the body, turn on again the device, as indicated in
this procedure, set it for the BODY program and perform the treatment on the other side.

Perform the same movements by focusing on the ar eas mainly affected by imperfections
(cellulite and stretch marks) until the triple acoustic signal and the automatic turning off of
the device, which indicate s t he en d o f t he BODY treatment.
Repeat the treatment fo r at le ast 3-4 times per week.

CREAM TREATMENT (CREAM CONVEYANCE)

To convey active principles like vitamins, hyaluronic acid and specif creams into the skin.

The CREAM treatment (CREAM CONVEYANCE) must be performed on body or face skin,
which must be clean, dry, and without make-up or creams that are not proper for the
conveyance. Please remove any jewel or dress that may be reflective to the area to be
treated or to the adjacent area. Open the package containing the PERFECT SKIN and
remove the device case. Distribute a slight layer of cream to be conveyed on the part of
the hemiface or body. In the case of hemiface we suggest to always wear the protective
goggles supplied with the device. Keep the power button pressed until the green light led
of the CREAM program (CREAM CONVEYANCE) turns on; be careful to never point the
lens, and therefore the laser beam and LED, toward the eyes. Put the device lens in
contact with face or body skin by keeping it as much perpendicular as possible. The
treatment is performed by treating one area of the hemiface (half face) or of the body
(for example the right thigh) at a time. It must start form the lower part of it moving it
slowing toward the upper part: it is important to treat the whole area of the face or body
trying to distribute the red LED and infrared Laser energy homogeneously to the entire
surface. Each time the infrared Laser emission and the red led are activated the device
will emit a short acoustic signal. The movements with PERFECT SKIN must be slow holding
the device perpendicular to the treating area so as to allow the Laser and LED to transfer
the necessary energy to the skin. This is necessary in order to open the channels that will
allow the cream conveying or the active principles (vitamins or hyaluronic acid) to be
conveyed into the face or body skin, by focusing on the mainly affected areas (wrinkles,
cellulite and stretch marks). The treatment duration is 15 minutes. At the end of this time,
the device will emit a triple acoustic signal before automatically turning off. Once ended
the treatment on the selected area of the body, turn on again the device, as indicated in
this procedure, distribute a slight layer of the cream to be conveyed and set it again for
the CREAM program (CREAM CONVEYANCE) performing the treatment on the other side.
Perform the same movements by focusing on the ar eas mainly affected by imperfec tions

(wrinkles, cellulite and stretch marks) until the triple acoustic signal and the automatic
turning off of the device, which indicates the end of the CREAM treatment (CREAM
CONVEYANCE). If at the end of each treatment the cream or lotion applied to the face or
body skin has not completely been conveyed we suggest to apply a lesser quantity of
product for the next treatment and to let the skin absorb the remaining cream or l otion
with a manual massage.
Repeat the treatment fo r at le ast 2-3 times per week.

PERFECT SKIN always warn the user about the activation of the emission by means of an
acoustic sign al.

At the end of the treatment the laser emission stops and the device emits a triple warning
acoustic signal. Press the Program button so as to turn off the device and not
unnecessarily dischar ge battery.

MAINTENANCE

For safety reasons, before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning operations, it is
necessary to turn off the device if it is operating and to disconnect it from the battery
charger or from the computer, if it is connected or in charge.
The external cleaning of PERFECT SKIN device must be performed only with a moist soft
cloth or by using a non-inflammable liquid detergent.
While cleaning it, be careful not to wet the control console where the connection of the
battery charger is located.

Do not use solvents, detergents, acid solutions, aggressive solutions or inflammable
liquids.

After cleaning the body and lens of PERFECT SKIN, perfectly dry all its parts before
operating it again.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

If the device does not work, make sure that the battery is not low. To charge it correctly,
refer to the chapter “Device charge” of this manual. Furthermore, check that the device is
not turned off by holding the power button pressed for few seconds. If these operations

do not solve the problem, please contact LOWE Customer Service (refer to the section
“Contacts” in this manual).

PERFECT SKIN is designed to h ave m inimal negative impact on the environment.

The device should be not treated as household waste, but it should rather be
brought to the appropriate collection point for recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment.
