Solar Expansion Tanks – Membrane expansion vessels suitable for closed loop forced circulation solar
systems. These vessels are equipped with a special solar membrane designed as a diaphragm, that separates
the gas from the solar fluid with temperatures up to 212°F and pressures up to 145psi.

3-Way Control Valves – Characterized control valves, 120VAC actuated, non-spring return diverting valves
with forged brass-nickel plated bodies, stainless steel ball and stem, PTFE seats and EPDM lubricated o-ring
packing.

Solar Circuit Balancing Valve –Manually adjusted balancing valves with brass body, brass ball, chrome plated
brass stem and PTFE ball seat. Valve features a side mounted flow meter in a bypass circuit that is engaged
only during the testing and balance of the solar circuit. Valve comes complete with insulation shell for added
efficiency of the solar system. One valve per solar circuit required when more than one array of collectors is
installed on a solar system.

Corrugated Stainless Steel Pipe –Corrugated 316L Stainless Steel flexible supply and return lines for solar
heated water systems enclosed in insulation, abrasion resistant, UV protected jacket. Utilizes self-flaring
fittings that require no special tools, features metal-to-metal sealing surfaces and does not require any gaskets
or rubber washers. 125 Psig maximum working pressure.

Automatic Air Vent –Auto-closing air vent to be installed at the collector. Air vent automatically prevents air
release when system temperature reaches 194°F. ½” NPT female threads for system connection and ½” NPT
male threads for vent connection.

Solar Glycol –Industrially inhibited propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid. 94% propylene glycol with
balance corrosion inhibitors, water and dye. Died bright yellow to aid in leak detection and shipped in a
5-gallon container.

Solar Collector Transport Tool –Clamping devise used to aid in transportation and installation of SLV/SLH
collectors. One set required for crane support, 2 sets for transportation of collectors by hand.

Note – SCH collectors are shipped with removable lifting lugs and do not require the purchase of transport
tools.

Solar Panel Pressure Check Unit –Set consists of: air connector and shut-off with pressure gauge, panel
connectors, dummy plug and quick release fasteners.

Solar System Check Case –Used for pre-installation analysis of the solar site,start-up and annual checks
of solar systems. This kit contains test and information labels, a digital refractometer for measuring the
concentration of the system glycol, pH measuring strips, inclinometer, compass and a pressure gauge.

Solar System Flush & Fill Pump –Cart mounted flush & fill system which includes dry self priming impeller
pump, pre-pump filter, two 6 ½’ x ½” hoses and an 8-gallon glycol holding tank. Pump operates on 110V,
includes 6-1/2 ft cord and provides up to 8GPM and 60psi performance.

Drill Mounted Flush & Fill Pump –Designed to be mounted to an electric hand drill, this pump provides
8GPM and 60psi performance.
