Specifications:
Description: The Synergy Conve yor Toast er
by Savory utili zes the per fect c ombinatio n
of infrared and convection heat to produce
perfectly toa sted sand wiches, chi cken
nuggets, pretzels, tortillas and a wide
variety of appetizers. With the ability to
toast from 160-240 sandwiches per hour,
the S ynergy is the per fect pa rtner for
expan ding your m enu, while increasin g
your speed of service and overall sales.
Controls: M odels a vailable with digi tal or
analo g co ntrol s, both l ocated on the fron t
of th e un it. Analo g control s include power
on/off switch, conveyor speed control,
independent top and bottom heat intensity
controls, and conveyor direction.

Construction: Exter ior is fabr icated
from stainless steel. Conveyor belts are
manuf actu red from flexible stai nless
steel and are available in either 10” or 14”
width s. Units feature hin ged ent ry a nd
exit shelves with removable crumb trays.
Electrical Requirements: Heat i s supplie d
by ni ne (9) or t welve ( 12) infrare d he ating
elements on top and nine (9) or twelve
(12) infrared heating elements on the
botto m of the un it. Each uni t is rate d
at 3. 8 kW or 6.6 kW. A sep arate cir cuit
break er is req uired for each toa ster with
the proper voltage, amperage, and hertz
as indicated by model number.
Ventilation: Ventilati on is not required
by local codes prevail. These are the
“authority having jurisdiction” as stated by
the National FIre Protection Association,
Inc. in NFPA 96-1994.
Spacing: The toaster must have 6” (152
mm) of clearance from combustible
surfaces and 24” (610 mm ) clearan ce on
both sides from other cooking equipment.
