PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Battery Charging Indicating Light
Status1: Indicating light turns to full red when charging；
Status2: Indicating light turns to half red when DC powered(without battery)；
Status3: Indicating light turns off when charging finished or playing with
battery.

1. Only black-and-white display:
Check whether the color saturation is properly setup.
2. Power on but no pictures:
Check whether the cables of Video and HDMI are correctly connected.
Please use the standard power adapter coming with the product package.
Improper power input may cause the device.
3. Wrong or abnormal colors:
Check whether the cables are correctly and properly connected. Broken or
loose pins of the cables may cause a bad connection.
4. When on the picture shows size error:
Press “M/ →Function → Underscan” to zoom in/out pictures automatically
When receiving HDMI signals.
5. GoPro camera output is unstable
GoPro camera needs to reboot if 1080p24hz output, and change shooting
mode. It seems that GoPro3+ camera is unstable when 1080p output.
6. For GoPro camera charging
Please power on the device when GoPro is charging, and watch GoPro
charging indicating light.
7. Device black screen when no signal input
Device will turn into sleep mode when no input signal. Press any button
except power button, or input the corresponding signal to activate.
8. How to enter color temperature function under user mode
① Press "M/"button on device to activate main menu;
② Press "M/" button to enter "Image" menu;

③ Press ">" button to select "Color Temperature" option, and press "M/" to
confirm, then press ">" button to activate "User" mode.
④ Press "INPUT" button to back to previous menu option(as shown), and
then press ">" button to enter color temperature user mode to adjust R, G,
B values.
9. Other problems:
Please press “M/ ” button and choose “System →Reset →OK”
