in containers, and that means it can be transported

High standard

The 200 DR 5/10 Litronic derrick is
designed as standard with a hoist
drum for cable lengths of up to 633
metres. This means that disassembly
from even the highest sites is no
problem at all..

Control System with the focus on safety

The 200 DR 5/10 derrick is equipped completely
with frequency-controlled stepless drives. Safety is

particularly important when a crane is being operated
at great heights, and that’s why the PLC control system,
with safety as top priority, monitors all the movements of
the crane, using the very latest in sensor technology.
This means that the derrick crane provides all the tried
and trusted functions of Liebherr luffing jib cranes. And
with MICROMOVE, the fine-positioning mode, sections
of the crane can be positioned particularly gently and
safely. That’s good for the crane – and good for your
wallet.

And with the radio remote control the crane driver can
operate the machine from the safest possible location,
too.

Flexible base area

The base area of the 200 DR
5/10 Litronic can be readily
adjusted and ensures best
possible weight distribution
on the building.

Totally adaptable

The 200 DR 5/10 has been designed to be as flexible
as can possibly be achieved, to meet whatever the

requirements may be, and however different they are.

The supports can be pivoted, and are adjusted to the
statics circumstances of the building design – or they

can be left out entirely, so as to minimize the standing

area of the crane.

Self-disassembly - and rapidly

The final disassembly of the derrick does not need
another crane, only simple lifting gear.
The crane can be disassembled into its individual parts,
which are then brought down in the building elevators
according to their dimensions and weights. This is why
the maximum dimensions of the components are only

2.20 m x 1.10 m x 1.10 m, and their maximum weight is
1,000 kg.

Efficient transport

Only 3 standard containers are
necessary for the transport of the
complete derrick crane. Thus the

crane can be shipped quickly, safely

and cost-efficiently.
