Estas instrucciones son aplicadas solamente al chas’s MP­00PA.
Notas
1.Ya que este no es un chas’s caliente, no es necesario utilizar un transformador aislante. Sin embargo, el uso de un transformador aislante ayudar‡ a a proteger el instrumento de prueba.
2. El ajuste debe realizarse en el orden correcto.
3.El receptor debe ser operado por alrededor de 60 minutos antes del ajuste. El Pre-calentamiento debe ser operado recibiendo im‡genes en movimiento o de patr—n 100% blanco.
[ Nunca opere la UNIDAD m‡s de 10 minutos con una imagen
congelada porque el material fluorescente podr’a da–arse.
1. Ajuste de las l’neas de barrido Inclinaci—n/Enfoque
1-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) Sintonice la unidad de TV para recibir el canal 48. (2) El enfoque del lente y el enfoque elŽctrico deben estar
provisionalmente alineados.
(3) Reajuste la data al modo de ajuste de convergencia y
salga. Modo de ajuste : Bot—n ÒADJÓ Reajuste de data : Ò5Ó, Bot—n ÒENTERÓ
1-2. Ajuste
(1) Haga el fondo verde utilizando el cobertor de lente. (2) Rote el DY Verde e incline la pantalla como en la figura de
abajo.
(3) Haga 2 colores de fondo con Rojo o Azul y Verde. (4) Coincida la pendiente del fondo rojo y del azul con la del
verde.
Nota) 1. Cuando ajuste la pendiente del fondo, afloje el DY y
apriŽtelo despuŽs de ajustarlo.
2. Nunca rote o ajuste DY sin antes aflojarlo.
2. Ajuste del rayo de alineaci—n
2-1. Equipo de Prueba
El generador de se–al puede producir el patr—n NTSC DOT.
2-2. Preparaci—n
(1) Deje calentar por m‡s de 60 minutos. (2) Pre-ajuste la pendiente de barrido, la posici—n del fondo y
el enfoque del lente.
(3) Verifique si el magneto est‡ ubicado a 45mm del extremo
del CRT.
(4) Reciba el patr—n DOT.
2-3. Ajuste del magneto de 2 polos
(1) Establezca el fondo Verde utilizando el cobertor de lente. (2) Verifique la posici—n central del patr—n DOT en el centro
de la pantalla despuŽs de girar el control del enfoque Verde a la izquierda.
(3) Gire el control de enfoque verde a la derecha y ajœste el
magneto de 2 polos para que su posici—n coincida con la del ’tem Ò2Ó.
(4) Ajuste para no cambiar la imagen girando el contro de
enfoque verde a la izquierda y a la derecha. (5) Si la pantalla cambia, reajuste (2)~(4). (6) Utilice el mismo mŽtodo en el Rojo y el Azul. Tenga
cuidado de no dejar manchas.
2-4. Ajuste de la forma del rayo
(Magneto de 4 & 6 polos)
(1) H‡galo despuŽs del ajuste del magneto de 2 polos. (2) Haga el fondo verde utilizando el cobertor de lente y gire
el control de enfoque a la derecha. (3) Haga que el punto en el centro sea un c’rculo perfecto
utilizando el magneto de 4 & 6 polos. (4) Utilice el mismo mŽtodo con el Rojo y el Azul. (5) Fije el magneto despuŽs del ajuste. (6) Ajuste el enfoque con precisi—n.

3. Ajuste del magneto de centrado
3-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) Sintonice la unidad de TV para que reciba el canal 48. (2) Reajuste la data al modo de ajuste de convergencia y
salga. Modo de ajuste : Bot—n ÒADJÓ Reajuste de data : Ò5Ó, Bot—n ÒEnterÓ
3-2. Ajuste
(1) Haga el fondo Verde utilizando el cobertor de lentes y
coincida las l’neas centrales (horizonal/vertical) del patr—n con las de la pantalla.
(2) Ajuste hasta que el centro de la se–al azul cambie hasta
30mm a la izquierda de la se–al verde y el centro de la se–al roja cambie hasta 30mm a la derecha de la se–al verde girando el magneto de centrado.
(3) DespuŽs de ajustarlo, recupere la data de convergencia
original. Modo de ajuste : Bot—n ÒADJÓ Reajuste de data : Ò5Ó, Bot—n ÒENTERÓ
4. Ajuste de Regulaci—n de Alto Voltaje
4-1. Equipo de Prueba

4-2. Pasos preliminares
Cambie el modo de imagen a CLEAR sin se–al de entrada.
4-3. Ajuste
(1) Conecte la terminal Ò+Ó (Rojo) del DMM al ‡nodo del D432
y la terminal Ò-Ó (Negra) al disipador de calor del Q406
(2) Ajuste el VR401 para que la terminal de voltaje del D432
estŽ en 21.3!0.1V.
5. Ajuste de CUT-OFF
5-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) Sintonice la unidad de TV para recibir el canal 48. (2) Reajuste la data al modo de ajuste de convergencia y
salga.
(3) El ajuste debe ser realizado en un cuarto oscuro.
5-2. Ajuste
(1) Mueva el cursor despuŽs de seleccionar la tecla
ÒINSTRATÓ de ajuste del control remoto y seleccione ÒSCREEN ADJÓ.
(2) Entre al modo de ajuste utilizando la tecla VOL +
(Aœn entrando al modo de ajuste, la l’nea horizontal podr’a no ser vista de acuerdo a la posici—n del control del screen).
(3) Ajuste el control del screen (R/G/B) en el paquete de
enfoque hasta que el brillo de la l’nea horizontal roja/azul/verde estŽ a punto de no verse. (En este momento, el brillo de las luces horizontales roja, azul o verde deben ser iguales unas a otras).
(4) Salga del modo de ajuste presionando el bot—n ÒENTERÓ.
6. Ajuste de deflexi—n
6-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) El ajuste NTSC debe ser realizado en el modo CLEAR de
la imagen despuŽs de recibir la se–al del canal 48, y el ajuste PAL debe ser realizado en el modo CLEAR de la imagen despuŽs de recibir el canal 10.
(2) Reajuste la data en el modo de ajuste de convergencia,
salga del modo. Modo de Convergencia : Bot—n ÒADJÓ Reajuste de data : Ò5Ó, Bot—n ÒENTERÓ. Salida del modo de ajuste : Bot—n ÒADJÓ.
(3) Haga el fondo verde utilizando el cobertor de lente.

6-2. Ajuste de deflexi—n del modo TV-NTSC
(1) DespuŽs de seleccionar la tecla ÒINSTARTÓ en el control
remoto mueva el cursor al modo CXA2100.
(2) DespuŽs de seleccionar el modo V-SIZE, ajuste hasta que
la cuarta barra vertical del centro superior e inferior de la pantalla coincida con el œltimo punto del cuadro apretando el bot—n de volumen.
(3) En el caso que no haya simetr’a, ajœstelo para que la parte
superior e inferior de la pantalla estŽn en simetr’a cambiando U-VLIN, LOVLIN.
(4) DespuŽs de seleccionar el modo H-SIZE, ajuste hasta que
la tercera l’nea de tama–o horizontal m‡s externa del c’rculo estŽ acorde con el borde del cuadro apretando el bot—n de volumen.
(5) En el caso de curvear la parte m‡s externa superior e
inferior de la pantalla cambiando PIN-AMP, ajuste para que la pantalla parezca estar paralela con el cuadro.
(6) Ajuste la distorsi—n de Òforma de escaleraÓ cambiando la
data TRAPRZ.
6-3. Ajuste del modo de deflecci—n TV-PAL-N
(1) DespuŽs de seleccionar la tecla ÒINSTARTÓ en el control
remoto de ajuste mueva el cursor al modo CXA2100.
(2) DespuŽs de seleccionar el modo V-SIZE, ajuste hasta que
la quinta barra vertical del centro superior e inferior de la pantalla coincida con el œltimo punto del marco presionando el bot—n Volumen.
(3) Encaso que nohaya simetr’a, ajuste para quela parte
superior e inferior dela pantalla estŽn simŽtricas cambiando U-VLIN,LOVLIN.

(4) Ajuste hasta que las l’neas verticales izquierda y derecha
m‡s externas dela pantalla coincidan con el cuadro, cambiando la data H-SIZE.
(5) Enel caso de curvar la parte m‡s externa superior e
inferior de la pantalla cambiando el PIN-AMP, ajuste para que la pantalla parezca paralela al cuadro.
(6) Ajuste la distorsi—n de forma de escalera cambiando la
data TRAPRZ.
6-4. Ajustede deflexi—n del modo PC
(1) Asegœrese de seleccionar el modo PC. (2) Reciba el PATRîN CROSS HATCH del generador de
se–al de PC.(801GF).
(3) Entre almodode ajuste de convergencia presionando la
tecla ÒADJÓ del control remoto y reajuste la data antes de salir del modo de convergencia presionando la tecla ÒADJÓ.
(4) Deje aparecer la pantalla azul quitando la cubierta del
lente.
(5) Seleccione la tecla ÒINSTARTÓ en el control remoto de
ajuste y despuŽs de moverlo hacia el modo CXA2100, ajuste el H-POSI y V-POSI para que el centro de la pantalla coincida con la l’nea central horizontal y vertical de la pantalla JIG.
(6) Ajuste hasta que la quinta barra vertical del centro
superior e inferior de la pantalla coincida con el œltimo punto del cuadro cambiando la data V-SIZE.
(7) Ajuste hasta que la l’nea m‡s externa izquierda y derecha
del patr—n coincida con el cuadro cambiando la data H­SIZE.
(8) En el caso de curvar la parte m‡s externa superior e
inferior de la pantalla cambiando el PIN-AMP, ajuste para que la pantalla parezca paralela al cuadro.
(9) Ajuste la distorsi—n de ÓformadeescaleraÓ cambiando la
data TRAPRZ.
7. Ajustedel Enfoquedelentey Enfoqueelectr—nico
7-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) Elenfoque electr—nico, la pendiente de barrido y la
posici—n de barrido deben ser pre-ajustadas. (2) Caliente por m‡s de 60 minutos. (3) Sintonice la unidad de TV para recibir el canal 8 (Cross
hatch). (4) El ajuste debe ser realizado en un cuarto oscuro y tenga
cuidado de no tocar el lente durante el ajuste. (5) Establezca cualquier color de fondo utilizando el cobertor
de lente. (6) El giro del lente hacia la derecha desde la parte frontal
ocasiona distorsi—n crom‡tica adem‡s, la l’nea cross hatch
cambia como sigue:
7-2. Ajuste del lente verde
(1) Gire el lente hasta que la distorsi—n crom‡tica cambie de
Azul a Rojo. (2) Mire la pantalla. La distorsion cromatica pudiera no
aparecer linealmente (uniformemente). Ajuste hasta que
aparezca la distorsion en el area central ( 3.5 cuadros del
patr crosshatch a la izquierda y derecha del centro de la
pantalla).
Asegurese de que las lineas de distorsion rojas sean
igualmente visibles a ambos lados del centro.
(3) Cambie la se–al al canal 48 y realice el ajuste
minuciosamente. (4) Ajuste el control de enfoque verde del paquete de enfoque
para que la parte externa del c’rculo grande aparezca
claramente. (5) Ajuste correctamente repitiendo el los pasos anteriores. (6) Preste especial atenci—n a la luz verde ya que Žsta influye
en la calidad de la imagen.
7-3. Ajustedellenterojo
(1) Gire el lente hasta que la distorsi—n crom‡tica cambie de
naranja a escarlata. (2) Ajuste la distorsi—n crom‡tica para que localice el centro
correctamente.
(3) Cambie la se–al al canal 48 y ajuste igual que en el
mŽtodo del lente verde.

(4) Ajuste igual que en el mŽtodo del lente verde con el
control del enfoque rojo del paquete de enfoque.
7-4. Ajuste del lente Azul
(1) Observando el area del centro hasta 3.5 cuadros a la
izquierda, rote el lente para que la distorsion cromatica comience a cambiar de violeta a verde y quede en un punto central entre estos dos colores (violeta y verde).
(2) Ajuste la distorsi—n crom‡tica a un punto central entre el
pœrpura y el verde.
(3) Ajuste como en el mŽtodo del lente verde con el control
del enfoque azul del paquete de enfoque.
7-5. DespuŽs de ajustar los lentes Rojo, Verde y Azul, remueva
el cobertor del lente y establezca el crosshatch y verifique el enfoque total. Si es necesario, rep’talo.
8. Ajuste de convergencia
8-1. Pasos preliminares
(1) Este ajuste debe realizarse despuŽs de la posici—n del
fondo vertical/horizontal, el magneto de alineaci—n del haz y el ajuste del enfoque.
(2) Este ajuste debe ser realizado despuŽs de calentar por 60
minutos.
(3) H‡galo siempre con se–al.

8-2. Modo de ajuste TV-NTSC
8-2-1. Ajuste de fase horizontal/vertical
(1) Presione los botones 9 & 5 para entrar al modo de ajuste
de fase.
(2) Ajuste de fase horizontal.
Presione el bot—n de volumen F/G y mueva la parte convexa a la mitad de la pantalla de TV.
(3) Ajuste de fase vertical
Presione el bot—n de canal D/E y mueva la parte convexa a la mitad de la pantalla de TV.
8-2-2. Ajuste de la posici—n del patr—n
(1) Presione los botones 9 & 4 para entrar al modo de cambio
de patr—n.
(2) Ajuste con el cursor localizado en el centro.
(Utilice los botones F,G,D,E ).
(3) Salga del modo de cambio de patr—n. (Presione
ÒENTERÓ).
(4) Grabe el modo de ajuste de posici—n de fase/patr—n ya
ajustado. (Presione los botones Ò9Ó, Ò2Ó & ÒENTERÓ).
8-2-3. Ajuste de convergencia verde
(1) Cambie el color del cursor a verde. (Bot—n ÒTV/VIDEOÓ). (2) Despliegue s—lo el color verde en la pantalla. (3) Ajuste para que coincida el patr—n verde con el patr—n jig
de la pantalla (Utilice los botones F,G,D,E) Mueva el cursor y ajuste la convergencia de la misma manera que el ’tem (3).
8-2-4. Ajuste de convergencia roja
(1) Cambie el color del cursor a rojo (Bot—n ÒTV/VIDEOÓ). (2) Despliegue el color rojo en la pantalla (Desplegando el
color verde).
(3) Coincida la pantalla roja con la pantalla verde de la misma
manera que con el ajuste de convergencia verde.
8-2-5. Ajuste de convergencia azul
(1) Cambie el color del cursor a azul. (Bot—n ÒTV/VIDEOÓ) (2) Coincida la pantalla azul con la pantalla verde de la misma
manera que en el ajuste de convergencia rojo.
8-2-6. Guardando la data ajustada
(1) Guarde la data despuŽs del ajuste. (Presione los botones
Ò9Ó, Ò1Ó & ÒENTERÓ).
(2) Salga del modo de ajuste de convergencia. (Bot—n ÒADJÓ)
8-3. AJUSTE DEL MODO TV-PAL-N
(1) Sintonice la unidad de TV para recibir el canal 10. (2) Ajuste como en el mŽtodo del modo TV-NTSC.
8-4. Ajuste del modo PC
(1) Reciba el patr—n crosshatch (#6) del generador de se–al
de PC (801 GF).
(2) Ajuste como en el mŽtodo del modo TV.
9. Ajuste del balance de blanco
9-1. Equipo de prueba

(1) Este ajuste debe ser realizado en un cuarto oscuro o
equivalente. (2) Ajuste despuŽs de Cut-Off y del ajuste de enfoque. (3) El medidor de brillo debe estar ubicado a una distancia de
20+-5cm del centro de la pantalla. (4) Reciba la se–al WINDOW. (Luz Fuerte=130!3cd/m^2,Luz
DŽbil=10!3cd/m^2)

(5) Fije BRIGHT al modo de ajuste H/Light en (4) y ajuste R-
DRIVE y B-DRIVE hasta que la coordinaci—n de color sea X=0.282 y Y=0.286 (Desviaci—n : !0.01).
(6) Fije BRIGHT al modo de ajuste L/Light y ajuste R-DRIVE y
B-DRIVE hasta que la coordinaci—n de color sea X=0.282 y Y=0.286 (Desviaci—n : !0.01).
(7) Salga del modo de ajuste.
10. Ajuste SUB-BRIGHT
Reciba el canal 14 del NTSC y seleccione ÒSUB BRIGHTÓ en el modo de ajuste y ajuste para apenas distinguir el caracter Ò2Ó con dificultad. (Utilice los botones ADJ, F,G,D,E , ENTER).
11. Ajuste OPCIîN
(1) El clave de ENTER del elemento de control en el panel
delantero de la TV.
En este tiempo, entre en simult‡neamente el modo de la
opci—n para el ajuste como una fijaci—n 2 presionando
ENTER clave en mando a distancia miden el tiempo dos
veces.
O entre en el modo del ajuste por clave acuciante de
INSTART y despuŽs seleccione el MENò de la OPCIîN
en el fondo del modo del ajuste con ÒCHÓ y ÒVOLÓ clave.
Seleccione el MENò 2 de la OPCIîN en el fondo del
MENò de la OPCIîN otra vez. (2) Presionando el clave del nœmero en mando a distancia,
camb’elo a los datos de la OPCIîN que se especifica en
BOM.
