After Use
When there is a problem with the product, check the following details before requesting to the service center.
Symptom Confirmation Procedures

Is the power plug unplugged?
●
Is the fuse disconnected?
●
Is the power shut down?
●
Is the front panel open?
●●
Is the Power button pressed?
●
Is the Pre-filter clogged?
●
Is there dust accumulated on the HEPA filter?
●
Is the indoor contamination severe?
●
Are there many particles on the Pre-filter?
●
Are there many particles on the washable HEPA filter?
●
Is the using location too spacey?
●
Are there any obstacles near the product?
●
Is the unit installed at a location where air flows freely?
●
Plug the power properly.
●
Request service to the LG Electronics Service Center.
●
Re-operate the product after the power is reconnected.
●
When the front panel is open, the product will not operate.
Close the front panel properly.
●●
Press the Power button.
●
Clean the Pre-filter well.
●
Clean the HEPA filter.
●
Ventilate the area to use the product.
●
Clean the Pre-filter.
●
Wash with clean water.
(Do not use hot water of 40°C or higher or volatile liquid.)
When drying the filter, avoid fire or direct sunlight and
sufficiently dry it in the shades.
●
Use the product that fits the room size.
(Avoid using it where it is ventilated well such as entrance,
window etc.)
●
Remove any obstacles.
●
Move and install at a different location.
