The purpose of deactivation is to allow deactivation of devices for users who have activated all the available devices through the web_server and are blocked from activating more devices. DivX VOD allowed the consumer to activate up to 6 devices under one account, but to replace or deactivate any of those devices, the consumer had to contact DivX Support and request deletion. Now with this added feature, consumers will be able to deactivate the device themselves and hence better manage their DivX VOD devices.

Controlling the Multiple Product

Use this method to connect several products to a single PC. You can control several products at a time by connecting them to a single PC. If the [Set ID] menu in [Option] is set to OFF, the monitor ID value should be set between 1 and 99.
Connecting the cable
Connect the RS-232C cable as shown in the picture. You need to purchase a cable to connect the RS-232C socket as it is not provided as the
accessory. The RS-232C protocol is used for communication between the PC and product. You can turn the product on/off, select an input source or adjust the OSD menu from your PC.
