Installing “Music Flow Player” App

Unpacking

Step 2

Download “Music Flow Player” on the iTunes store or Google Play Store.

To view the instructions of advanced features,
visit http://www.lg.com and then download
Owner’s Manual. Some of the content in this
manual may dier from your speaker.

Type “Music Flow Player” in the search bar
and tap “Search”.

Scan the QR code using the scanning
application.

yDepending on the device, “Music Flow Player” app may not work.

yMusic Flow Player app will be available in version of the software as follow;

Android O/S : Ver 2.3.3 (or later) iOS O/S : Ver 5.1.1 (or later)

yThe wireless router should be connected to the internet.
yWireless signal interference may lead to disconnection of network or stopping playback.
yDepending on the speed of your network, playback of online contents may not work

well.

,

yYou need to turn the speaker’s power o and on again if you restart the router.
yYou need to perform a factory set and setup the network connection for speaker, if you install new

router.

Media server software allows you to access audio les stored in media server and enjoy them on your
speaker via home networking. On www.lg.com website, type model name (NP8740 or NP8540) in the
search bar and nd media server software on support tab.

On Music Flow Player app, select [Wireless connection] and follow the directions on screen.

2. On your Bluetooth device,
make sure that Bluetooth
is on and select "Music
Flow H5 (or H7) (XX.XX).

3. Play music on your
Bluetooth device.

Initializing the network settings

Press and hold ADD button until you hear the beep
sound once. Then all wireless network ports are
deactivated and delete the stored wireless network
information.

Factory Set

Press and hold ADD button until you hear the beep
sound twice.

2. Grouping

On Music Flow Player app, select [Connected Speakers] and follow the directions on screen.

Any number of speakers can be grouped together to play the same music in synchrony.

- BLUE: NEUTRAL, BROWN: LIVE - As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this unit may not correspond

with the coloured marking identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows: The wire which is coloured
blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The wire which is
coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

When you are enjoying the music with
Music Flow Player app, seamless playback is
activated instead of Bluetooth pairing.

yIf the speakers are not grouped, you can enjoy dierent music on each speaker.

yFor smooth group playback, it is recommended to select the speaker connected by LAN cable as a

master speaker.

yThe weak signal because of the long distance between speakers or wireless router and signal

interference may cause abnormal playback.

• LG Electronics U.K. Ltd. will provide the following services in order to expedite this Guarantee.

1. All faulty components which fail due to defective manufacture will be replaced free of charge for a period of 12 months
from the original date of purchase.

2. The dealer (or his service agent) who sold the product will be reimbursed for any labour provided in the repair of this LG
equipment, for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. These claims must be made in accordance with
the published scale of service charges and relevant claims procedure.

A. The dealer may restrict the guarantee to the original purchaser.

B. The dealer is not obliged to carry out service under guarantee if unauthorized modifications are made to the apparatus,

or if non standard components are used or if the serial number of the apparatus is removed, defaced, misused, or altered.
