Installing and Removing the Battery
To install, insert the battery into the opening on the back of the
phone and gently press down until the latch snaps into place.
To remove, make sure the power is off. Press the battery release
latch up and remove the battery from the phone at a
45-degree angle.
Charging the Battery
It is vital that you use only Sprint PCS-approved Desktop Chargers
and AC Adapter Chargers. Use of unauthorized accessories could
damage your phone and invalidate your warranty .
To use the desktop charger provided with your phone:
1. Plug the round end of the AC adapter into the charger holder
and the other end into the electrical outlet.
2. Insert the phone (with battery installed) into the slot.
A red light on the charger lets you know the battery
is charging.
A green light lets you know the battery is at least
80 percent charged.
It takes about three hours to fully recharge a completely
rundown battery .
