Congratulations on the purchase of your Lexibook RL380! This document is a brief guide, which illustrates RL380 main features and functions. It will also help and guide you with the usage of the product.

Installing and replacing batteries:

RL380 works with 2 AAAbatteries (not included). When the LCD display is dim, the AAA batteries need to be changed:

• Open the cover of the battery compartment located at the back of the unit.

• Insert 2 x AAA battery ensuring the polarities are correctly aligned.

• Close the battery compartment.

Important Precautions:

Replace batteries as per the instructions above; failure to do so may lead to the loss of information stored in the unit’s memory. Non-rechargeable batteries should not to be recharged. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Batteries should be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the unit. The supply terminals should not be short-circuited. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Do not bury or burn used batteries. Use alkaline batteries for best performance and longer life. Only use batteries of the same or equivalent types as recommended.

WARNING: If the unit malfunctions or receives an electrostatic shock, remove the

battery and replace it again.

Static label: Before using this unit, please remove the clear film label from the LCD screen by pulling the tab.

The RL380 combines 3 main functions:

1 - Time and alarm mode: displays the time and the day of the week. 2 - Calendar mode: displays the year, month and date. 3 - Countdown mode: used to start the countdown function. To display a mode, rotate the clock so that the name of the mode of your choice is written above the LCD screen. Every time you rotate the unit, a ‘beep’ sound will be heard.

To adjust the clock settings, use the (adjust) and keys located at the back of the unit, just above the battery compartment.

1. Time and alarm mode:

• Rotate the unit so that TIME is written above the LCD screen.

• Press and hold the key until the hour digit is flashing and a clock icon appears.

• Use the key to adjust the hour and then press to confirm.

• Use the key to adjust the minutes and then press to move to alarm setting

mode.

• An alarm icon will appear. Use the key to adjust the hour and press to confirm.

• Use key to set minutes and press to exit the time setting mode.

• Press the key once to turn alarm the on/off. The icon ((.)) means that the alarm

is on. To stop the alarm sound, press / or rotate the unit to another mode.

• Press the key once to toggle between the 12 and 24 hour display.

• Press and hold the key to turn on/off the ‘beep’ sound which can be

heard when you rotate the unit. The music icon means that the ‘beep’ sound is enabled.

2. Calendar mode:

• Rotate the unit so that CALENDAR is written above the LCD screen.

• Press and hold the key unit the year digit is flashing.

• Press the key to set the year and press to confirm.

• Press the key to set the month and press to confirm.

• Press the key to set the day and press to exit the calendar setting mode.

3. Countdown mode:

• Rotate the unit so that COUNTDOWN is written above the LCD screen.

• To set the countdown time, press and hold the key until the minute digit is

flashing.

• Press the key to set the minutes and press to confirm.

• Press the key to set the seconds and then press to exit the countdown

setting mode. The unit will start the count down automatically.

Note: every time you rotate to the unit to countdown mode, the countdown will begin immediately.

Clean the unit with a soft damp cloth; do not use any detergent product. Then, wipe the unit until completely dry. Never immerse in water and protect from rain and extreme temperatures. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or to any other source of heat. Do not drop the unit or subject it to strong impacts.

Do not dismantle. To avoid damage caused by leakage of the battery fluid, replace batteries once every two years regardless of how much the unit has been used during that time.

Installer et replacer les piles :

Le RL380 fonctionne avec 2 piles de type LR03 (non incluses). Quand l’affichage LCD faiblit, les piles LR03 doivent être remplacées :

• Ouvrir le couvercle du compartiment à piles situé à l’arrière de l’horloge.

• Insérer les 2 piles LR03 en respectant le sens des polarités indiqué au fond du

compartiment à piles.

• Refermer le compartiment à piles.

Précautions importantes :

Remplacez les piles comme indiqué dans les instructions ci-dessus. Le non-respect de ces instructions peut entraîner la perte de l’information enregistrées dans la mémoire de l’appareil. Il ne faut pas essayer de recharger les piles non-rechargeables. Ne pas utiliser de piles rechargeables. Les piles doivent insérées avec les polarités dans le bon sens. Les piles épuisées doivent être retirées de l’appareil. Les bornes d’alimentation ne doivent pas être court-circuitées. Ne pas utiliser ensemble des piles anciennes et des piles neuves. Ne pas utiliser ensemble des piles alcalines, ordinaires (carbone-zinc) ou rechargeables (nickel-cadmium). Ne pas enterrer et ne pas brûler des piles usées. Utiliser des piles alcalines pour un meilleur service et une durée de vie prolongée. Utiliser uniquement des piles du type conseillé ou équivalentes.

AVERTISSEMENT :

Si l’appareil fonctionne mal ou reçoit un choc électrostatique, retirez la pile et remplacez là à nouveau.

Pellicule statique : Avant d’utiliser ce produit pour la première fois, enlever le film de protection de l’écran à cristaux liquides en tirant sur la languette.

Le RL380 comporte 3 fonctions principales :

1 - Mode Heure et Alarme : affiche l’heure et le jour de la semaine. 2 - Mode Calendrier : affiche la date, le mois et l’année. 3 - Mode Compte à rebours : sert à lancer la fonction de compte à rebours.

Pour afficher le mode désiré, faire tourner l’appareil jusqu’à ce que le nom du mode de votre choix apparaisse sur le haut de l’écran à cristaux liquides. Chaque fois que vous faites tourner l’appareil, un bip se fait entendre.

Pour effectuer les réglages de la montre, utilisez les touches (ajuster) et (régler), situés au dos de l’appareil, juste au dessus du compartiment des piles.

1. Mode Heure et Alarme TIME :

• Faites tourner l’appareil pour que TIME (horloge) soit écrit au dessus de l’écran LCD.

• Appuyez sur la touche et maintenez-la enfoncée, jusqu’à ce que le chiffre des heures clignote et qe l’icône d’horloge apparaisse.

• Utilisez la touche pour régler l’heure et appuyez ensuite sur pour confirmer.

• Utilisez la touche pour régler les minutes et appuyez ensuite sur pour

passer au mode de réglage de l’alarme.

• L’icône d’alarme apparaîtra. Utilisez la touche pour régler l’heure et appuyez ensuite sur pour confirmer.

• Utilisez la touche pour régler les minutes et appuyez sur pour quitter le mode de réglage de l’heure.

• Appuyez sur la touche une fois pour enclencher ou couper l’alarme.

• L’icône ((.)) signifie que l’alarme est enclenchée. Pour arrêter la sonnerie

d’alarme, appuyez sur ou tournez l’appareil pour sélectionner un autre mode.

• Appuyez sur la touche une fois pour sélectionner l’affichage 12 heures ou 24 heures.

• Appuyez sur la touche et maintenez-là enfoncée pour déclencher/couper le ‘beep’, qui peut être entendu quand vous tournez l’appareil. L’icône de la musique signifie que le ‘beep’ est activé.

2. Mode Calendrier CALENDAR :

• Faites tourner l’appareil, pour que CALENDAR (calendrier) soit écrit au dessus de l’écran LCD.

• Appuyez sur la touche et maintenez-la enfoncée, jusqu’à ce que le chiffre de l’année clignote.

• Appuyez sur la touche pour régler l’année et appuyez sur pour confirmer.

• Appuyez sur la touche pour régler le mois et appuyez sur pour confirmer.

• Appuyez sur la touche pour régler le jour et appuyez sur pour quitter le

mode de réglage du calendrier.

3. Mode Compte à rebours COUNTDOWN :

• Faites tourner l’appareil, pour que COUNTDOWN (Compte à rebours) soit écrit au dessus de l’écran LCD.

• Pour régler le temps de compte à rebours, appuyez sur la touche et maintenez- la enfoncée, jusqu’à ce que le chiffre des minutes clignote.

• Appuyez sur la touche pour régler les minutes et appuyez sur pour confirmer.

• Appuyez sur la touche pour régler les secondes et appuyez sur pour quitter le mode de réglage du compte à rebours. L’appareil commencera automatiquement le compte à rebours.

Note : chaque fois que vous tournez l’appareil sur le mode compte à rebours, le décompte commence immédiatement.

Nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon doux humide. Ne pas utiliser de détergent.

Essuyez ensuite l’appareil, jusqu’à ce qu’il soit parfaitement sec. Ne jamais le plonger dans l’eau. Protéger de la pluie et des températures extrêmes. Ne pas exposer l’appareil à la lumière solaire directe ou à une source de chaleur quelconque.

Ne pas laisser tomber l’appareil. Ne pas le soumettre à des chocs importants. Ne pas l’ouvrir. Pour éviter tout dommage dû à une fuite des piles, remplacez les piles une fois tous les deux ans, indépendamment de l’usage effectif pendant cette période.

Cómo sustituir las pilas:

RL380 funciona con 2 pilas tipo AAA. Cuando la pantalla LCD pierda nitidez, será indicativo de que necesita sustituir las pilas:

•

Abra la tapa del compartimiento de las pilas situado en la parte trasera del aparato.

• Inserte 2 pilas tipo AAA asegurándose de observar la polaridad correcta.

• Cierre el compartimiento de las pilas.

Precauciones importantes:

Sustituya las pilas según las instrucciones arriba indicadas, d lo contrario podría perder todo los datos que haya almacenado en la memoria del aparato. No use pilas recargables. No recargue las pilas. Retire las pilas recargables de su compartimiento antes de proceder a recargarlas. Recargue las pilas recargables bajo la supervisión de un adulto. No mezcle pilas nuevas con pilas usadas. No mezcle pilas alcalinas, estándar (carbono-cinc) o recargables (niquel cadmio). No mezcle diferentes tipos de pilas y pilas recargables. Coloque las pilas y las pilas recargables de acuerdo a las indicaciones sobre las polaridades. Las polaridades colocadas en la posición equivocada pueden dañar el aparato. Retire las pilas recargables usadas de dentro del aparato. No provoque corto circuitos en las pilas o en los terminales de las pilas recargables. Mantenga las pilas alejadas del fuego. Si el aparato no es usado por un periodo prolongado de tiempo, retire las pilas de dentro. Se recomienda utilizar solamente pilas del mismo tipo o equivalente.

ATENCIÓN:Si el aparato no funciona bien o recibe una descarga electrostática,

apague la unidad y enciéndala de nuevo utilizando las teclas ON/OFF. Si esto no es efectivo, quite y vuelva a poner las pilas y/o realice el proceso Reset.

Antes de encender el aparato, retire por favor la película protectora de la pantalla tirando de la lengüeta.

El RL380 combina 3 funciones principales:

1 - Modo hora y alarma: visualiza la hora y el día de la semana. 2 - Modo calendario: visualiza el año, mes y día. 3 - Modo cuenta atrás: se utiliza para la función de cuenta hacia atrás.

Para seleccionar un modo, gire el reloj de manera que el nombre del modo que desea aparezca en la parte superior de la pantalla LCD. Cada vez que gire la unidad se oirá un pitido.

Para ajustar el reloj, utilice los botones (ajuste) y situados en la parte trasera de la unidad, justo encima del compartimento de las pilas.

1. Modo hora y alarma TIME:

• Gire la unidad de manera que el rótulo TIME aparezca en la parte superior de la pantalla LCD.

• Mantenga pulsado el botón hasta que el dígito de la hora comience a parpadear y aparezca el icono de un reloj.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar la hora y pulse para confirmar.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar los minutos y pulse para confirmar y pasar al

ajuste de la alarma.

• Se mostrará el icono de una alarma. Utilice el botón para ajustar la hora y pulse [Set] para confirmar.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar los minutos y pulse para confirmar y salir del modo de ajuste de la hora.

• Pulse el botón una vez para activar o desactivar la alarma. El símbolo ((.)) significa que la alarma está activada. Para detener el sonido de la alarma pulse

/o gire la unidad para que entre en otro modo.

• Pulse el botón una vez para cambiar entre el formato de 12 horas y el formato de 24 horas en la visualización de la hora.

• Mantenga pulsado el botón para activar o desactivar el pitido que se oye cuando gira la unidad. El símbolo de una nota musical significa que el pitido está activado.

2. Modo calendario CALENDAR:

• Gire la unidad de manera que el rótulo CALENDAR aparezca en la parte superior de la pantalla LCD.

• Mantenga pulsado el botón hasta que los dígitos del año empiecen a parpadear.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar el año y pulse para confirmar.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar el mes y pulse para confirmar.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar el día y pulse para salir del modo de ajuste de

calendario.

3. Modo cuenta atrás COUNTDOWN:

• Gire la unidad de manera que el rótulo COUNTDOWN aparezca en la parte superior de la pantalla LCD.

• Para ajustar el tiempo de cuenta hacia atrás mantenga pulsado el botón hasta que los dígitos de los minutos parpadeen.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar los minutos y pulse para confirmar.

• Utilice el botón para ajustar el día y pulse para salir del modo de ajuste de

cuenta atrás. La unidad comenzará la cuenta atrás de manera automática.

Nota: cada vez que gire el reloj al modo cuenta atrás, el reloj comenzará la cuenta atrás inmediatamente.

Limpie el aparato con un paño suave y húmedo; no use ningún producto detergente.

A continuación seque el aparato completamente. No lo sumerja nunca en agua y protéjalo de la lluvia y de temperaturas extremas. No exponga el aparato a la luz directa del sol o a cualquier otra fuente de calor. No deje caer el aparato o lo someta a fuertes impactos. No desmonte el aparato.

Para evitar daños causados por posibles derrames de las pilas, reemplace las pilas cada dos años sin tener en cuenta el tiempo de uso del aparato durante ese periodo.

Substituição das pilhas:

RL380 funciona com 2 pilhas alcalinas AAA (não incluídas). Quando o ecrã LCD ficar fraco, a pilhas AAA deverá ser substituídas:

• Abra a tampa do compartimento da pilha na parte traseira da unidade.

• Insira 2 pilhas AAA, certificando-se que as polaridades ficam alinhadas

correctamente.

• Feche o compartimento da pilha.

Precauções importantes:

Substitua a pilha conforme as indicações dadas acima. Caso não o faça, pode perder informações guardadas na memória da unidade. Não utilize pilhas recarregáveis. Não recarregue as pilhas. Retire as pilhas recarregáveis da unidade antes de as recarregar. Recarregue as pilhas recarregáveis apenas sob a supervisão de um adulto. Não misture pilhas novas com pilhas usadas. Não misture pilhas alcalinas com pilhas convencionais (carbono-zinco), ou pilhas recarregáveis (níquelcádmio). Não misture diferentes tipos de pilhas e pilhas recarregáveis. Insira as pilhas de acordo com a polaridade. O não cumprimento da polaridade pode danificar a unidade. Não coloque os terminais das pilhas em curto-circuito. Mantenha as pilhas afastadas do fogo. Se a unidade não for utilizada durante um longo período de tempo, retire as pilhas. Utilizar somente pilhas do tipo recomendado ou equivalente.

AVISO: se o aparelho não funcionar ou receber qualquer choque electrostático,

desligue o aparelho e ligue-o de novo utilizando o botão ON/OFF. Se isto não resultar, retire as baterias e faça Reset.

Antes de começar, retire a película estática que protege o ecrã, com a ajuda da patilha.

O RL380 combina 3 principais funções:

1 - Modo de horas e despertador: apresenta as horas e o dia da semana. 2 - Modo de calendário: apresenta o ano, mês e data. 3 - Modo de contagem decrescente: utilizado para iniciar a função de contagem

decrescente.

Para ver um modo, rode o relógio, de forma a que o nome do modo que escolher fique escrito na parte superior do ecrã LCD. Sempre que rodar a unidade, ouvirá um "beep".

Para acertar o relógio, utilize os botões (acertar) e , que se encontram na parte traseira da unidade, acima do compartimento das pilhas.

1. Modo de horas e despertador TIME:

• Rode a unidade de modo a que a palavra “TIME” apareça escrita na parte superior do ecrã LCD.

• Prima e mantenha premido o botão até aparecerem os dígitos da hora a piscarem e aparecer um ícone de um relógio.

• Utilize o botão para acertar a hora e, de seguida, prima o botão para confirmar.

• Utilize o botão para acertar os minutos e, de seguida, prima o botão para passar para o modo de acerto do despertador.

• Aparecerá o ícone de um despertador. Utilize o botão para acertar a hora e prima o botão para confirmar.

• Utilize o botão para acertar os minutos e prima o botão para sair do modo de acerto das horas.

• Prima uma vez o botão para ligar ou desligar o despertador. O ícone ((.)) significa que o despertador está ligado. Para desligar o som do despertador, prima o botão / ou rode a unidade para outro modo.

• Prima o botão uma vez para alternar entre o formato de 12 ou de 24 horas.

• Prima e mantenha premido o botão para ligar/desligar o som “beep” que pode ser ouvido quando rodar a unidade. O ícone musical significa que o “beep” está ligado.

2. Modo de calendário CALENDAR:

• Rode a unidade de modo a que a palavra “CALENDAR” apareça escrita na parte superior do ecrã LCD.

• Prima e mantenha premido o botão até os dígitos dos anos começarem a piscar.

• Prima o botão para acertar o ano e prima o botão para confirmar.

• Prima o botão para acertar o mês e prima o botão para confirmar.

• Prima o botão para acertar o dia e prima o botão para sair do modo de

acerto do calendário.

3. Modo de contagem decrescente COUNTDOWN:

• Rode a unidade de modo a que a palavra “COUNTDOWN” apareça escrita na parte superior do ecrã LCD.

• Para acertar o tempo da contagem decrescente, prima e mantenha premido o botão até aparecerem os dígitos dos minutos a piscar.

• Prima o botão para acertar os minutos e prima o botão para confirmar.

• Prima o botão para acertar os segundos e prima o botão para sair do modo

de acerto da contagem decrescente. A unidade começa a contagem decrescente automaticamente.

Nota: sempre que rodar a unidade para o modo de contagem decrescente, a contagem decrescente começa imediatamente.

Limpe a unidade com um pano suave ligeiramente embebido em água. Não utilize detergentes.

De seguida limpe a unidade até ficar completamente seca. Nunca coloque a unidade dentro de água e proteja-a da chuva e de temperaturas extremas. Não exponha a unidade à luz directa do sol ou a qualquer outra fonte de calor. Não deixe cair a unidade nem a exponha a impactos fortes. Não desmonte a unidade.

Para evitar danos causados pelos derrames das pilhas, substitua as pilhas de dois em dois anos, não obstante a utilização durante esse tempo.

Installazione delle pile:

Non mischiare batterie alcaline, standard (zincocarbone), o ricaricabili (nickel cadmio). Non mischiare diversi tipi di batterie o di accumulatori. Inserire le batterie e gli accumulatori seguendo le polarità. Polarità invertite possono danneggiare l´apparecchio. Rimuovere gli accumulatori usati dall´apaprecchio. Prima di iniziare, rimuovere la pellicola statica che protegge lo schermo servendosi della linguetta.

L’RL380 racchiude 3 funzioni principali in un unico prodotto:

1 - Modalità ora e sveglia: mostra a display l’ora e il giorno della settimana. 2 - Modalità calendario: mostra a display l’anno, il mese e la data. 3 - Modalità conto alla rovescia: per avviare la funzione di conto alla rovescia.

Per visualizzare a display una modalità, ruotare l’orologio in modo tale che il nome della modalità prescelta sia scritta sullo schermo LCD. Ogni volta che viene ruotato l’apparecchio, si udrà un “bip”.

Per regolare le impostazioni dell’orologio, servirsi dei tasti (Regola) e situati sul retro dell’apparecchio, subito al di sopra dello scomparto batterie.

1. Modalità ora e sveglia TIME:

• Ruotare l’apparecchio in modo che la scritta TIME si trovi al di sopra dello schermo LCD.

• Premere il tasto e mantenere la pressione fino a quando la cifra dell’ora non lampeggia e non appare un’icona a forma di orologio.

• Servirsi del tasto per regolare l’ora, quindi premere per confermare.

• Servirsi del tasto per regolare i minuti, quindi premere per passare alla

modalità d’impostazione della sveglia.

• Apparirà l’icona della sveglia. Servirsi del tasto per regolare l’ora e premere per confermare.

• Servirsi del tasto per impostare i minuti e premere per uscire dalla modalità d’impostazione dell’ora.

• Premere una volta il tasto per accendere/spegnere la sveglia (on/off). L’icona ((.)) significa che la sveglia è inserita. Per interrompere la suoneria della sveglia, premere / oppure ruotare l’apparecchio su un’altra modalità.

• Premere una volta il tasto per passare dalla visualizzazione a 12 a quella a 24 ore.

• Premere il tasto e mantenere la pressione per accendere/spegnere il “bip” che si avverte al momento di ruotare l’apparecchio. L’icona musicale significa che il “bip” è abilitato.

2. Modalità calendario CALENDAR:

• Ruotare l’apparecchio in modo che la scritta CALENDAR si trovi sopra lo schermo LCD.

• Premere il tasto e mantenere la pressione fino a quando la cifra dell’anno non lampeggia.

• Premere il tasto per impostare l’anno e per confermare.

• Premere il tasto per impostare il mese e per confermare.

• Premere il tasto per impostare il giorno e per uscire dalla modalità

d’impostazione del calendario.

3. Modalità conto alla rovescia COUNTDOWN:

• Ruotare l’apparecchio in modo tale che la scritta COUNTDOWN si trovi sopra lo schermo LCD.

• Per impostare il tempo per il conto alla rovescia, premere il tasto e mantenere la pressione fino a quando la cifra dei minuti non lampeggia.

• Premere il tasto per impostare i minuti e per confermare.

• Premere il tasto per impostare i secondi, quindi premere per uscire dalla

modalità d’impostazione del conto alla rovescia. L’apparecchio inizierà il conto alla rovescia automaticamente.

Nota: ogni volta che l’apparecchio viene ruotato in modalità conto alla rovescia, il conto alla rovescia inizierà immediatamente.

Pulire l´apparecchio con un panno morbido e umido; non servirsi di prodotti detergenti.

Quindi, asciugare completamente l´apparecchio. Mai immergere in acqua e proteggere dalla pioggia e dalle temperature estreme. Non esporre l´apparecchio alla luce diretta del sole o a qualsiasi altra sorgente di calore. Non lasciar cadere l´apparecchio e non sottoporlo a forti impatti. Non smontare.

Per evitare danni causati dalla perdita di elettrolito dalla batteria, sostituire le batterie ogni due anni, indipendentemente da quanto l´apparecchio sia stato utilizzato nel frattempo.

Austausch der Batterien:

RL380 funktioniert mit 2 Alkali- Batterien des Typs AAA (nicht inbegriffen). Wenn die LCD-Anzeige schwach wird, muss die AAA-Batterien ausgetauscht werden:

• Öffnen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung an der Geräterückseite.

• Setzen Sie 2 Typ AAA Alkali-Batterien ein und beachten Sie dabei die

Polaritätsmarkierungen.

• Schließen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise:

Beachten Sie bei einem Batteriewechsel die oben genannten Sicherheitshinweise ansonsten könnten die im Gerätespeicher gespeicherten Informationen verloren gehen. Verwenden Sie keine aufladbaren Batterien. Versuchen Sie nicht, gewöhnliche Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Entfernen Sie vor dem Aufladen die Akkus. Das Aufladen der Akkus sollte nur unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen erfolgen. Vermischen Sie nicht alte und neue Batterien. Vor der Inbetriebnahme ziehen Sie bitte den Schutzfilm vom Schirm ab.

Die RL380 kombiniert 3 Hauptfunktionen:

1 - Zeit- und Weckmodus: Anzeige von Uhrzeit und Wochentag. 2 - Kalendermodus: Anzeige von Jahr, Monat und Datum. 3 - Countdown-Modus: Zum Start der Countdown-Funktion.

Zur Anzeige eines Modus, drehen Sie die Uhr so, dass der Name des Modus Ihrer Wahl an der LCD-Anzeige eingeblendet wird. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie das Gerät drehen, hören Sie einen 'Piepton'.

Sie stellen die Uhr mit den Tasten (einstellen) und an der Rückseite des Geräts über dem Batteriefach ein.

1. Zeit- und Weckmodus TIME:

• Drehen Sie das Gerät so, dass an der LCD-Anzeige TIME eingeblendet wird.

• Halten Sie die Taste so lange gedrückt, bis die Stundenzahl blinkt und das

Uhren-Symbol eingeblendet wird.

• Stellen Sie die Uhr mit der Taste ein und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung .

• Stellen Sie die Minuten mit der Taste ein und drücken Sie dann , um zum

Weckmodus zu wechseln.

• Es wird ein Alarm-Symbol eingeblendet. Stellen Sie die Stunde mit der Taste ein und drücken Sie dann , um zum Weckmodus zu wechseln

• Stellen Sie die Stunden mit der Taste ein und drücken Sie dann , um den Einstellmodus zu verlassen.

• Drücken Sie die Taste einmal, um den Alarm ein- und auszuschalten. Das Symbol ((.)) bedeutet, dass der Alarm aktiviert ist. Drücken Sie die Taste / , um den Alarmton zu stoppen oder drehen Sie die Uhr in einen anderen Modus.

• Drücken Sie einmal die Taste , um zwischen der 12- und 24-Stundenanzeige umzuschalten.

• Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um den 'Piepton' ein- und auszuschalten, den Sie hören, wenn Sie das Gerät drehen. Das Musik-Symbol bedeutet, dass der Alarm-Piepton abgeschaltet ist.

2. Kalendermodus CALENDAR:

3. Countdown-Modus COUNTDOWN:

• Drehen Sie das Gerät so, dass an der LCD-Anzeige COUNTDOWN eingeblendet wird.

• Um die Countdown-Zeit einzustellen, halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, bis die Minutenzahl blinkt.

• Drücken Sie die Taste , um die Minuten einzustellen und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung .

• Drücken Sie die Taste , um die Sekunden einzustellen, drücken Sie dann , um den Einstellmodus für den Countdown zu verlassen. Das Gerät zählt automatisch nach unten.

Hinweis: Jedes Mal, wenn Sie das Gerät in den Countdown-Modus drehen, beginnt der Countdown automatisch.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie bitte keine Reinigungsmittel.

Reiben Sie das Gerät nach der Reinigung mit dem weichen, feuchten Tuch ganz trocken. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser und schützen Sie es vor Regen und extremen Temperaturen. Setzen Sie bitte das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht oder einer anderen Wärmequelle aus. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht fallen und schützen Sie es vor heftigen Stößen. Bauen Sie das Gerät nicht auseinander.

Um zu vermeiden, dass das Gerät durch auslaufende Batterieflüssigkeit Schaden nimmt, tauschen Sie bitte alle zwei Jahre die Batterien aus. Es spielt keine Rolle, wie oft Sie das Gerät in dieser Zeit genutzt haben.

Plaatsing van de batterijen.

RL380 werkt met 2 alkaline batterijen van het type AAA (niet inbegrepen).

• Open het deksel van het batterijvak aan de achterkant van het toestel.

• Steek 2 x AAA batterijen in, rekening houdend met de juiste polariteit.

• Sluit het batterijvak.

Belangrijke voorzorgsmaatregelen:

Zorg ervoor dat de stroom altijd uitgeschakeld is alvorens de batterijen te vervangen. Vervang de batterijen volgens de bovenstaande instructies; indien je dit niet doet, kan dit leiden tot verlies van informatie in het geheugen van het toestel. Gebruik geen oplaadbare batterijen. Laad de batterijen niet op. Verwijder de bewaarde batterijen alvorens deze op te laden. Laad bewaarde batterijen op onder toezicht van een volwassene. Meng geen nieuwe en oude batterijen onderling met elkaar. Meng geen alkaline batterijen, standaard batterijen (carbon-zink) of oplaadbare batterijen (nikkel cadmium) met elkaar. Meng geen batterijen van verschillende types. Steek de batterijen en oplaadbare batterijen in het vak volgens de juiste polariteit. Een verkeerde polariteit kan het toestel beschadigen. Verwijder gebruikte batterijen uit het toestel. Veroorzaak geen kortsluiting aan de terminals van de batterijen. Hou batterijen uit de buurt van vuur. Indien het toestel voor langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt, neem de batterijen eruit. Dit spel mag alleen gebruikt worden met deze specifieke batterijen.

WAARSCHUWING: Indien het toestel slecht werkt of een electrische schok ondergaat,

schakel het toestel uit en terug aan door middel van de AAN/ UIT/-toets. Indien dit het probleem niet verhelpt, verwijder de batterijen en/of voer een Reset procedure uit.

Alvorens het toestel aan te zetten, trek aan het lipje in de linkerbovenhoek om het beschermingsplastiekje.

De RL380 combineert 3 hoofdfuncties:

1 - Tijd- en alarmmodus: geeft de tijd en de dag van de week weer. 2 - Kalendermodus: geeft het jaar, de maand en de datum weer. 3 - Aftelmodus: gebruikt om de aftelfunctie te starten.

Om een modus af te beelden, draai de klok zodat de naam van de door jouw gekozen modus bovenaan het LCD-scherm wordt afgebeeld. Telkens je het toestel draait, zal een "biep" hoorbaar zijn.

Om de instellingen van de klok aan te passen, gebruik de - (aanpassen) en

- (instellen) toetsen, aan de achterkant van het toestel, net

boven het batterijvak.

1. Tijd- en alarmmodus TIME:

• Draai het toestel rond zodanig dat TIME (TIJD) bovenaan het scherm wordt afgebeeld.

• Hou de -toets ingedrukt tot het cijfer voor het uur begint te flikkeren en een kloksymbool verschijnt.

Gebruik de -toets om het uur aan te passen en druk dan op om te bevestigen.

• Gebruik de -toets om de minuten aan te passen en druk dan op om naar de instellingsmodus van het alarm over te gaan.

• Een alarmsymbool zal op het scherm verschijnen. Gebruik de -toets om het uur aan te passen en druk op om te bevestigen.

• Gebruik de -toets om de minuten in te stellen en druk op om de instellings- modus voor de tijd te verlaten.

• Druk eenmaal op de -toets om het alarm aan/uit te zetten. Het symbool ((.)) betekent dat het alarm is ingeschakeld. Om het alarmgeluid te stoppen, druk op

/ of draai het toestel naar een andere modus.

• Druk eenmaal op de -toets om te verspringen tussen 12 en 24 uur display.

• Hou de -toets ingedrukt om het ‘biep’geluid aan/uit te zetten. Deze biep kan je

horen wanneer je het toestel draait. Het muzieksymbool betekent dat het ‘biep’geluid is ingeschakeld.

2. Kalendermodus CALENDAR:

• Draai het toestel zodanig dat CALENDAR (KALENDER) bovenaan het scherm wordt weergegeven.

• Hou de -toets ingedrukt tot het cijfer voor het jaar begint te flikkeren.

• Druk op de -toets om het jaar in te stellen en druk daarna op om te

bevestigen.

• Druk op de -toets om de maand in te stellen en druk daarna op om te bevestigen.

• Druk op de -toets om de dag in te stellen druk daarna op om de instellings- modus voor de kalender te verlaten.

3. Aftelmodus COUNTDOWN:

• Draai het toestel zodanig dat COUNTDOWN (AFTELLEN) bovenaan het LCD-scherm verschijnt.

• Om de afteltijd in te stellen, hou de -toets ingedrukt tot het cijfer voor minuten begint te flikkeren.

• Druk op de -toets om de minuten in te stellen en druk daarna op om te bevestigen.

• Druk op de -toets om de seconden in te stellen en druk daarna op om de instellingsmodus voor het aftellen te verlaten. Het toestel zal automatisch het aftellen starten.

Opmerking: telkens je het toestel naar de aftelmodus draait, zal het aftellen onmiddellijk beginnen.

Reinig het toestel met een zachte, vochtige doek; gebruik geen schoonmaakmiddelen.

Droog daarna het toestel. Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water en bescherm het tegen regen en extreme temperaturen. Stel het toestel niet bloot aan direct zonlicht of andere hittebronnen. Laat het toestel niet vallen of laat het ook geen harde schokken ervaren. Haal het niet uit elkaar.

Om schade door lekkende batterijen te voorkomen, vervang de batterijen elke twee jaar, onafhankelijk van het gebruik van het toestel gedurende deze periode.
