billing capabilities to ensure accurate and complete recovery of tenant energy costs. This software solution automates the
tenant billing process by eliminating manual meter readings for simplified, more accurate measure ment and verification.
BillSuite collects energy consumption data from all meters on a periodic basis and generates energy bills, billing reports, energy
profiles as well as graphs. Other submeters such as gas, water, BTU, etc. can be added to the tenant bill.
