Baby Monitor! This monitor uses advanced Clearvu® digital technology
that will deliver a crystal clear view of your baby’s room on the 3.5"

ClearVu® Digital Wireless Technology
ClearVu® technology ensures outstanding image and sound clarity so that you can
watch and listen to your child up to 500ft away1. Feel free to move around the house and no matter where you go, you
will always see your baby. With Levana, you’ll never miss a moment.
Large LCD for Superior Viewing Quality
Imagine what you will catch your baby doing on this bright and clear, large 3.5” LCD screen. With an LCD of this size
you will be able to set the monitor down and still see your baby clearly!
Temperature Monitoring to Ensure Safety
Studies indicate that your baby’s room should be between 61-68° F (16-20° C). This system is equipped with
temperature monitoring so you can monitor the temperature in your baby’s room and know they are always
comfortable.
Talk to Baby Intercom
Soothe your baby from a distance with the talk-to-baby intercom. With the simple press of a button you can let your
baby know you are on your way to their nursery or simply talk to them until they fall back to sleep without having to
go into his or her room.
Five Soothing Lullabies
Choose from ve dierent lullabies to soothe your baby to sleep. Turn lullabies on and o as well as change the song
being played all from the parent unit with the simple push of a button. Choose from Rock-a-Bye Baby, Hush Little
Baby, Itsy-Bitsy Spider, Sleep Baby Sleep and Twinkle Twinkle.
Night Vision
The built-in night vision allows you to see your child, even in complete darkness up to 10ft away. When the lights go
down the system automatically adjusts to the level of light. The camera can be placed anywhere in your child’s room
while still displaying a precise image of your baby2.
Relaxing Nightlight
The baby unit has a gentle nightlight that you are able to turn on and o from the parent unit. Turn the light on if your
baby is getting restless to calm them and turn it o when your baby is asleep, all without going into the baby’s room.
Voice Activated Control
Conserve battery power and sleep well at night with VOX activation. VOX allows you to turn o the monitor while your
child is safe and sound. It will only turn on when they make noise. You have the ability to adjust the level of sound
needed in order for your monitor to turn on.
Rechargeable Monitor
Enjoy up to four hours of continuous audio and video monitoring with a fully charged unit3.
LED Noise Level Indication Lights
The monitor has LED lights on it that light up to display up to ve dierent levels of sound.
This means you can turn the volume all the way down, relax and still know when and how much noise your baby is
making.

The table-stand also functions as a belt clip for ultra usability. Place the monitor upright with the table stand when
you are in the same room. You can also carry the monitor with you and still have both hands available by using the
belt clip.
Energy Ecient Power Adapter
The power adapters save you on power all while saving the environment. They are rated with a Level V eciency
standard which means they are 30% more energy ecient then other conventional power adapters.
Wall Mount on Baby Camera for the Best Viewing Angle
The camera can be wall mounted so you can easily view your baby in its crib as well as see all other parts of the

range. Buildings with metal frames may also cause signal disruption. Maximum transmission range is 500ft.

This is a safety notice that is aimed at educating parents and caregivers of the
potential safety hazards associated with power cords being placed too close to a crib, play
area, or other baby sleep environment. Power cords should NEVER be placed within 3 feet of a crib, or within
baby’s reach. Using Levana’s Camera Setup and Mounting Guide, you can monitor your baby while they sleep
safely in their crib.
To Mount on a Tabletop Safely (Figure A):
1. Place the camera on a tabletop at least 3 feet away from your baby’s crib.
2. Feed the power cord down the back of the table or use wall clips to secure the cord away so baby cannot
reach.
3. Plug in the power cord, check to ensure that you can see your child and there are no viewing obstructions.
To Mount on a Wall Safely (Figure B-C):
Before drilling a hole, it is important to check the reception and camera positioning in the place that you
intend on hanging it to the wall. Ensure you are hanging the camera at least 3 feet away from baby’s crib.
1. Pre-drill a hole in the wall using a 3/16", 4.8mm drill bit.
2. Insert a wall anchor into the wall and tap gently with a hammer until the anchor is ush with the wall.
3. Insert a screw into the wall anchor and tighten until the screw only sticks out about 1/2 inch.
4. Plug the power cord into the power jack of the camera.
5. Locate the wall mounting hole on the bottom of the camera.
6. Slide the hole over the screw sticking out of the wall (Figure C).
7. Check to see that the monitor is secure, if it is loose you may have to tighten the screw more.
8. Use wall clips to secure the power cord away from the crib or baby’s reach.

SETTING UP YOUR SYSTEM
Battery Operation
The camera unit can be powered using 4 AAA batteries instead of the included AC adapter.
1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera base, using a small phillips
(cross) head screwdriver.
2. Place 4 AAA batteries (not included) in the compartment, paying attention to the labelled polarity
markings.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover using the small screwdriver.
Note: The power LED will ash when the battery charge is low.
Attaching Power to the Camera
1. Connect the small end of the power adapter into the DC Jack on the back of the camera.
2. Connect the other end of the adapter into an available wall outlet.

Note: When the battery in the monitor is low battery, the power LED will turn red, when the power
plug has been inserted the power LED will turn green to show it is charging.
SETTING UP YOUR SYSTEM
Installing the Rechargeable Battery
1. Turn the belt clip on the back of the monitor
unit upwards.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover
using a at edge screwdriver to twist the
battery compartment latch to the open
position.
3. Insert the included rechargeable battery,
ensuring that the copper connections on the
battery line up with the copper connections
on the inside of the battery compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and
use a at edge screwdriver to tighten the
latch to the locked position.
Charging the Monitor and Rechargeable Battery
1. To charge the battery in the monitor unit, plug the included power adapter into the
power input jack on the right side of the monitor.
2. The power LED will light up red to indicate that the battery is being charged.
3. For safety reasons, use ONLY the adapters included in the package.
Copper Connections
Switching the Camera ON/OFF
Position the camera to view the area you wish to monitor, angle the camera
lens for best view, by turning it up or down.
1. Slide the power switch
to the ON position.
2. The Power LED on the front of the camera will light up green. The
camera is now ready to operate.
3. To turn OFF the camera, ip the power switch
back to the OFF
position.

Switching the Monitor ON/OFF
1. Press and hold the power button until
you hear two beeps.
2. The LEVANA logo will appear on the screen
for a moment followed by the picture being
transmitted.
3. To turn o the unit, press and hold the power
button again for 1 second.
Note: The power LED will turn red when the rechargeable battery is low power.
Note: If you are using batteries to power the camera unit, and it does not start up
when the power switch is in the ON position, you may need to replace the
batteries. The Power LED will ash slowly when the batteries are low power.
Night Vision
The camera is equipped with four IR (infrared) LEDs. These LEDs, located on the front of the camera, allow
you to see up to ten feet in complete darkness. Allowing you to check your baby at any time of night.The
night vision LEDs will activate automatically when the camera detects that the light levels are too low.

Setting the Brightness
1. Press the menu button once.
2. The brightness icon will display on the screen
along with the brightness gauge that will indicate
the current set level.
3. Use the up and down buttons to adjust the
brightness level up and down.
Adjusting the Temperature Display
The ideal temperature for a baby’s room is between 16° - 20° C or 61° - 68° F. Please set or adjust the room
temperature accordingly.
1. Press the menu button
twice.
2. The temperature icon will display on the screen along with the current status of the temperature
function, either Celcius, Fahrenheit, or OFF.
3. Use the up and down buttons to turn the temperature function ON, to switch between either
Celcius or Fahrenheit, or to turn the temperature function OFF.
Switching the Night Light ON/OFF
1. Press the menu button three times.
2. The night light icon
will display on the
screen along with the current status of the
function, either ON or OFF.
3. Use the up and down buttons to
turn the night light of the camera ON or OFF.
Selecting a Lullaby
1. Press the play/pause button on the
right hand side of the monitor once.
2. The lullaby icon
will appear on the
monitor screen, and the last played lullaby will
start to play.
3. Press the lullaby button on the right
side of the monitor to select one of ve
lullabies to play.
4. Press the up and down volume buttons
during playback to adjust the volume of the
music.
