POWER SUPPLY
Plug the adapter to the unit and the main power.
SLEEP TIMER SETTING
Following the below instructions to set the sleep time at power on mode:
During playback, press SLEEP button repeatedly to cycle through the sleep time options:
90 ➨ 60 ➨30 ➨ 15 ➨ 05 ➨ OFF
Once the options you want shows on the screen, release the sleep button.
After setting the sleep time, you can operate the unit freely. When the set sleep time has expired, the
unit will automatically power off.
iPod/iPhone OPERATING
PLAYING AN iPod/iPhone
1. Dock the iPod/iPhone on to the unit. Power on the unit by pressing STANDBY button, then press
FUNCTION button on the unit repeatedly or press iPod/iPhone button on the remote to switch to
iPod/iPhone mode.
2. Press PLAY/PAUSE button to start/pause the playback.
3. Press NEXT button to skip to the next track/chapter. Press PREVIOUS button to skip to the previous
track/chapter.
4. Press and hold FAST FORWARD/BACKWARD button to search through the track/ chapter forward or
backward.
5. Press RAN button to enable or disable random playback.
6. Press REP button repeatedly to repeat a single track/chapter, repeat all tracks/chapters or disable
the repeat function.
NOTE: During playback, the connected iPod/iPhone may skip to another song accidently. Once the
problem occurs, please set the iPod/iPhone to shake off.
FM RADIO
TUNING THE FM RADIO
1. Power on the unit, switch to RADIO mode by pressing FUNCTION button on the unit repeatedly or
pressing FM button on the remote.
2. Press TUNE+/- button on the remote to fine tune the radio station. Press and hold TUNE+/- buttons
on the remote to auto search radio station forward or backward respectively or press TUNE button on
the unit to tune the radio station automatically. When an available station will be found, the unit will
broadcast it immediately and the searching will be stopped.
3. Press ST/MO button on the remote to switch between FM mono and FM stereo modes.
STORING YOUR FAVORITE RADIO STATION
1. During playback, press MEM button on the remote or press MEMORY button on the unit, “MEM”
flashes on the screen with a memory cell number.
2. Press CH+/- button to select the corresponding memory cell among P01-P20 for storing the station.
3. Press MEM button on the remote or MEMORY button on the unit to store the current station to the
selected memory cell.
4. During radio playback, press CH+/- button to recall the stored stations.
AUX IN
Follow below steps to connect the unit to another audio device like MP3 player and the like:
1. Connect the Audio Out of the device to AUX IN jack with audio cable.
2. Press STANDBY button to turn the unit on.
3. Press FUNCTION button on the unit repeatedly or press AUX IN button on the remote to switch the
unit to AUX mode.
4. Power on the device and begin playback.
MUTE
During playback, press MUTE button to switch off the audio, press the button again to resume the
audio.
VOLUME LEVEL JUSTMENT
During playback, press VOL +/- button to adjust the volume output level.
VIDEO OUTPUT
1. Dock the iPod/iPhone to the unit.
2. Connect a RCA cable to the Video Out on the unit and a television.
3. Power on the TV set and the unit. Press FUNCTION button on the unit repeatedly or press
iPod/iPhone button on the remote to switch to iPod mode.
4. Adjust the connected television to the proper input setting.
5. Video from a docked iPhone/iPod can now be played through the unit to the connected television.
Note: Make sure the docked iPhone or iPod’s TV out option is turned on.

CONNECTING WITH OTHER APPLIANCES
TROUBLE SHOOTING

the audio.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
y The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
y When the mains plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect
device shall remain readily operable. To be completely disconnected the power input, the mains plug
of the apparatus or the appliance coupler shall be disconnected from the mains completely.
y No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
y Minimum distances 2.0cm around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation. The ventilation should not
be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths,
curtains, etc.
y The use of apparatus is in tropical and/or moderate climates.
y Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
y CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or
equivalent type.
y Battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
y The marking plate is located at the bottom of the apparatus.
