GP I :ENERAL RODUCT NFORMATION
This product can mount to either a 4" square electrical box with
round plaster ring or an octagon electrical box.
This product is suitable for damp locations.
CAUTION - RISK OF FIRE
This product must be installed in accordance with
the applicable installation code by a person familiar
with the construction and operation of the product
and the hazards involved.
Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

Install the Fixture

Thread the two provided #8-32 screws(Not Completely)
into the electrical box holes, leaving 1/8" of them exposed.

In accordance with local electrical codes, make sure that the
fixture is grounded.
Connect the fixture white wire to the neutral power line wire
with a wire nut.

Connect the fixture black wire to the hot power line wire with
a wire nut.

Place all wires and wire nut connections properly inside the
electrical box.

Place the large portion of the key holes onto the exposed
#8-32 screws.

Rotate the mounting plate so that the #8-32 screw heads are
locked into the small portion of the key holes.

For The FixturesWith Electronic Ballast,
MAX 13
Use WattType Quad Tube G24q-1
Base 4-PIN Compact Fluorescent Lamp,
With Each Socket.
For The Fixtures With Magnetic Ballast,
MAX 13
Use WattType Quad Tube
GX23-2 Base Compact Fluorescent Lamp,
With Each Socket.
Push the lamp pins completely into the socket holes.

THREADED NIPPLE
METAL SHADE

Align the metal shade center hole with the exposed threaded
nipple.

While holding the mounting plate in place, rotate to tighten
the metal shade to the mounting plate.
NOTE:To replace the lamp:
- Hold the mounting plate and rotate the metal shade
counter clockwise to remove it.
- Remove the old lamp.
- Follow steps 1 through 3 on this page.
