Warning:
To prevent any fi re or electrical hazards, do not remove or disassemble any
part of this unit. This unit is not serviceable. Please use qualifi ed service
personnel or qualifi ed service shops.

• Do not place unit on or near fi re or sources of fi re such as candles
or naked fl ames
• Keep away from heat, dust and vibrations
• Place unit on a stable and level platform
• Do not place any items on top of unit

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the iRange Station with the AC adaptor and switch the unit on.
2. iPod connection: Connect the iPod to the iRange Station. The iRange Station will choose
iPod as a current audio source automatically, otherwise press “iPod” button on the remote
control.
Attention: Your speaker is on the “On” position prior to docking your iPod.
3. To adjust volume: touch the left ear of the iRange Station to reduce the volume and the
right ear to increase the volume. (NOTE: this s touch sensitive and you do not need to press
the ears hard.), alternatively press “VOL+” / “VOL-“ on the remote control. When the volume
is adjusted to MAX or MIN the light (in the iRange Docking Station mouth) will stop fl ashing.
4. To select music from the iPod, please press “
select Preview, Play, Pause and Next.
5. If you want to navigate the menu on the iPod, please press the “MENU” button on the
remote control to activate, press “UP” / “DOWN” to select then press “ENTER” to confi rm.
6. Press “TREB+” / “TREB-“ and “BASS+” / “BASS-“ to adjust the level of the “TREB” and “BASS”.

7. Press the “DEFAULT” button for background music. Press the “ ” to mute. Press “DEFAULT”

8. The “STANDBY” button will switch the AIP unit on and will also put the unit into standby
mode. This will be indicated by a fl ashing light.
9. After using the AIP unit, please fl ick the switch to the “OFF” position at the back of the unit,
then remove external devices.
10. To use an external music source (i.e. Laptop). Connect it to the AIP input jack and press
the “AUX” button on the remote. If you don’t connect iPod on AIP, the AIP will choose the
external source automatically.
Note:
This AIP unit is compatible with iPod touch, iPod classic, iPod nano,
iPod 5th gen, iPod 4th gen, iPod mini.
