[SEL ] bu tton for about 2 second s in Cur rent Time Disp lay, and t hen the fla shing " SET" ic on w ill appe ar.
+ In s ettin g dis play, pre ss th e [SE L] b utton to
ch ange t he s ele ctio n f ollo win g th e a djac ent diag ram.
+ Wh en one of th e sett ing it ems (m inute, ho ur,
day, mon th, year) i s flashi ng (selec ted), press the [S/S ] o r [L /R] button to inc rease / decre ase the n umber. ( Hold do wn the butt on to ch ange the numbe r at a hig her s peed).
+ Wh en the second di gits are flas hing (sele cted),
pres s t he [ S/S] or [L/ R] butt on to re set the digi ts t o "0 0". When mont h-day order set ting is sele cted, pres s the [S/ S] or [L/ R] but ton to se lec t be twe en mo nth -da y a nd d ay- mon th form at.

+ Th e el apsed time betw een the two keystro kes
will appe ar on the displa y.
+ Re peat t he abo ve men tioned ste ps to get
the acc umulati ve el apsed time of wh ich t he chro nograph is runnin g.
How to R eset t he Ch ronogra ph
+ To record a new set of elapsed tim e, h old the
[L/ R] bu tton for 2 se cond s to re set th e chro nograph to 'A ll Zer os' di splay whe n the chro nograph was stopp ed.
+ In ' All Z eros' d ispla y, the c hrono graph i s
read y for a ne w cou nting.
What is Lap Ti me
+ Th e XG- 30 in cludes a Ch ronog raph Mode
whic h mea sures an ela psed time (l ap ti me) with out s topping the counti ng.
+ Th e XG- 30 all ows r ecordin g lap ti me up t o
100 laps.
How to R ecord Lap T ime
+ Wh en the chron ograph is co unting , p ress the
[L/R ] but ton once to r ecord the lap time. Thi s key opera tion w ill n ot aff ect/sto p the coun ting.
+ Th e lap num ber and la p time wi ll appea r on
the disp lay for 1 0 se conds, a nd t hen the XG-3 0 wil l re turn to co unting di splay ag ain auto matical ly.
+ Re peat t he ste ps men tioned abo ve to get

butt on to star t the coun ting. When the timer is coun ting, press the [S/S] butt on on ce a gain to stop the counti ng.
+ On ce t he ti mer is s tarted, the cou ntdown time
will sho w on the disp lay c ontinu ously, and the XG- 30 w ill a lert t he us er b y be eping as foll ows:
+ Th e last 1 0 minut es: The XG-3 0 will b eep
once for every minut e.
+ Th e last one mi nute: The XG-30 w ill beep
for every 10 s econds .
+ Th e last 10 s econds : The XG-3 0 will bee p
for every secon d(s).

time , set the timer again.

The Quick- Set-Valu e
+ Th e Quic k-Set- Value i s a set of valu es which is pre -
inst alled i nto the XG- 30. The se valu es can NOT be chan ged by the user.
+ Th e X G-30 inc ludes 6 Quic k-Set Valu es, they are 1,
3, 5, 10, 15 and 4 5 min utes.
The User Preset Value
+ Th e Use r Pr eset Value is a val ue w hich can be s et by
the user, and it can be set up to 9 9 ho urs 59 m inutes 59 seconds .
+ On ce th e Us er Pr eset Value has been set, such as 30
minu tes, it w ill sto re int o the X G-30 fo r recal l the next time.
+ To se t the User Pre set Valu e, che ck the com ing
