Welcome
PageScope Light for Pi7500 is a device control utility progra m provided by the HTTP serv er built into the Pi7500 (printer controller for Di750). With a standard Web browser, this utility can be used as an interface for remote control of the Di750.

PageScope Light for Pi7500 can be accessed directly from a Web browser.
1. Star t the Web browser.
2. In the URL fie ld, enter the IP address of the printer controller as shown below.

(Example) When the IP address of the printer controller is

3. This causes the PageScope Light for Pi7500 screen to appear.

Tabs
Use the tabs to se lect the category of items you want to display. For full details a bout tab contents, see 4 – System Tab an d 5 – Printer Tab.
Menus
Use the menus to select information or setting items. The menus that appear depend on the currently selected tab. For full details a bout menu contents, see 4 – System T ab and 5 – Printer Tab.
Information and Settings Display
This display shows information or settings in accordance with the selected menu item.
Fiery WebTools Logo
Clicking this logo displays the settings page for Fiery WebTools, which is built in to the printer controller. For details about Fiery WebTools, see the

4.1 Summary

This screen is the initial screen when you access http://<IP address of printer controller> with your Web browser. You can also display it by
clicking the Di750 system configura tion.

(The system does not detect the amount of paper remaining for Cover Inserter . It detects only whether or not paper is present. “Ready” is indicated for Cover Inserter when there is one o r more sheet present, while “0%” is displayed when there are no sheets present.)

printer controller. (This information is not displayed when there is no hard disk installed on the printer cont roller.)

4.3 Preference

This screen appears when you click the tab. It lets you make changes to the PageScope Light environment.
Password Type in the password here when a password is
defined. Note that the password is case-sensitive, so be sure to type in upper-case and lower-case characters correctl y. (The password you should type in here is the same as the administrator password you created for Fiery WebT ools.)

Refresh Rate Type in a value to specify the number of sec onds
between screen refreshes. You can input a value from 30 to 300 seconds. The default setting is 60 seconds.
