Undo 4 screws
This product works with multiple cribs- illustrations may vary from your model
Step 1:
A. Undo the four screws attaching the to the Ends and remove the mattress
support.

Undo 6 screws
Undo 4 screws
on one side only
End
Step 2:
A. Undo the four screws securing the End to the Base.
B. Undo the six screws securing the End to the Sides.
C. Remove one End and set it aside.

Step 3:
A. Undo the three screws securing the Side to the remaining End.
B. Remove the Side.

Tighten 3 screws
End
Tighten 4 screws
Step 4:
A. Replace the End you set aside in Step 2.
B. Tighten the four screws to secure the Base to the End, and the three screws to secure the
End to the Side.

Tighten all four
Step 5:
A. Replace the Mattress Support using the lowest set of holes.
B. Tighten all four screws.

Outer Frame
on each side
Step 6:
A. Insert the Outer Frame into the space where the crib side was removed and align the
screws with the holes.
B. Tighten all six screws.
C. To use the crib as a day bed, stop at this step.

Guard Rail
Step 7:
A. To use as a toddler bed, put the Guard Rail inside the Outer Frame and align the screws.
B. Tighten all four screws on the Guard Rail securely with the allen wrench.

¢NEVER USE PLASTIC SHIPPING BAGS OR OTHER PLASTIC FILM AS MATTRESS COVERS
BECAUSE THEY CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION.
¢ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB MUST BE AT LEAST 27-1/4 IN. (690 MM) BY 51-5/8 IN.
(1310 MM), WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 IN. (150 MM), AND A MINIMUM THICKNESS
OF 4 IN. (100 MM). THE DIMENSIONS OF THE MATTRESS SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM SEAM TO
SEAM.
¢THE MINIMUM AGE OF THE INTENDED USER SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 15 MONTHS AND
THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 50 LBS. (22.7 KG)
¢PROVIDED GUARDRAIL MUST BE USED TO PREVENT THE FORMATION OF A GAP BETWEEN
THE MATTRESS AND THE BED THAT COULD CAUSE AN ENTRAPMENT.
¢STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS WITH A STRING, CORD, OR
RIBBON AROUND A CHILD’S NECK, SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS.
¢DO NOT SUSPEND STRINGS OVER A TODDLER BED FOR ANY REASON
¢TO HELP PREVENT STRANGULATION, TIGHTEN ALL FASTENERS. A CHILD CAN TRAP PARTS
OF THE BODY OR CLOTHING ON LOOSE FASTENERS.
¢CHECK THIS PRODUCT FOR DAMAGED HARDWARE, LOOSE JOINTS, LOOSE BOLTS OR OTHER
FASTENERS, MISSING PARTS, OR SHARP EDGES BEFORE AND AFTER ASSEMBLY AND
FREQUENTLY DURING USE. SECURELY TIGHTEN LOOSE BOLTS AND OTHER FASTENERS. DO NOT
USE BED IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING, DAMAGED, OR BROKEN. CONTACT KOLCRAFT
