Undo both screws
on each side

Left Crib Side

Right Crib Side

Upper Footboard

Thread and tighten

all four screws

This product works with multiple cribs- illustrations may vary from your model

Step 1:

A. Undo the four screws attaching the Upper Footboard to the Crib Sides and remove the
upper footboard. There are two screws on each side. It is not necessary to totally remove
them from the crib sides, just loosen until footboard can be removed.
B. If it is not already, adjust the Mattress Support to its lowest position by loosening the
four screws on the support arms, moving them to the low position holes, and tightening all
four screws.

Step 2:

A. Place the Left Day Bed Cap against the Left Crib Side (the extra two threaded holes
should face the inside of the crib as shown), thread the two screws into the holes on the
cap, and tighten with the allen wrench.
B. Repeat for the Right Day Bed Cap.

Guard Rail

Step 3:

A. Put the Guard Rail between the day bed caps.
B. Thread the four screws on the guard rail into the holes on the day bed caps and tighten

securely with the allen wrench.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD

RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM ENTRAPMENT OR STRANGULATION.

DO NOT PLACE BED NEAR WINDOWS WHERE CORDS FROM BLINDS OR DRAPES MAY

STRANGLE A CHILD.

NEVER USE PLASTIC SHIPPING BAGS OR OTHER PLASTIC FILM AS MATTRESS COVERS

BECAUSE THEY CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION.

ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB MUST BE AT LEAST 27-1/4 IN. (690 MM) BY 51-5/8 IN.
(1310 MM), WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 IN. (150 MM), AND A MINIMUM
THICKNESS OF 4 IN. (100 MM). THE DIMENSIONS OF THE MATTRESS SHOULD BE TAKEN
FROM SEAM TO SEAM.

THE MINIMUM AGE OF THE INTENDED USER SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 15 MONTHS
AND THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 50 LBS. (22.7 KG)

PROVIDED GUARDRAIL MUST BE USED TO PREVENT THE FORMATION OF A GAP
BETWEEN THE MATTRESS AND THE BED THAT COULD CAUSE AN ENTRAPMENT.

STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS WITH A STRING, CORD,
OR RIBBON AROUND A CHILD’S NECK, SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS.

DO NOT SUSPEND STRINGS OVER A TODDLER BED FOR ANY REASON

TO HELP PREVENT STRANGULATION, TIGHTEN ALL FASTENERS. A CHILD CAN TRAP
PARTS OF THE BODY OR CLOTHING ON LOOSE FASTENERS.

CHECK THIS PRODUCT FOR DAMAGED HARDWARE, LOOSE JOINTS, LOOSE BOLTS OR
OTHER FASTENERS, MISSING PARTS, OR SHARP EDGES BEFORE AND AFTER ASSEMBLY
AND FREQUENTLY DURING USE. SECURELY TIGHTEN LOOSE BOLTS AND OTHER
FASTENERS. DO NOT USE BED IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING, DAMAGED, OR BROKEN.
