Before You Begin

CAUTION: Risk of property damage. A watertight seal must exist on all bath
drain connections. The watertight seal will prevent property damage.

Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
Carefully inspect the fittings for damage before installing.
Pressurize the drain, waste and vent systems and water supply lines according to

local codes.
Perform the pressure test before covering the new plumbing with finished wall

material.

Avant de commencer

ATTENTION: Risque d’endommagement du matériel. Un joint étanche doit être
présent sur toutes les connexions de drain de baignoire. Le joint étanche doit
prévenir tout dommage.

Respecter tous les codes de plomberie et de bâtiment locaux.
Examiner soigneusement les raccords pour en déceler tout dommage avant

l’installation.
Mettre les systèmes de drain, d’évacuation et d’évent et les tuyaux d’alimentation

d’eau sous pression en respectant les codes locaux.
Effectuer l’essai de pression avant de couvrir la nouvelle plomberie avec du

matériau de mur fini.

Antes de comenzar

PRECAUCIÓN: Riesgo de daños a la propiedad. Debe existir un sello hermético
en todas las conexiones del desagüe de la bañera. Este sello hermético evitará
daños a la propiedad.

Cumpla con todos los códigos locales de plomería y construcción.
Revise con cuidado las conexiones antes de la instalación para determinar si están

dañadas.
Presurice los sistemas de venteo, desagüe y desechos y las líneas de suministro de

agua según los códigos locales.
Realice la prueba de presión antes de cubrir la tubería de plomería nueva con el

material de acabado de la pared.

Complete the Installation

PVC Tee/T PVC/T de PVC

Adapter/Adaptateur/Adaptador

ABS Pipe/Tuyau ABS/Tubo de ABS

Apply PVC primer and cement to the PVC end of the adapter.
Insert the adapter approximately 1″ (25 mm) into the tee.
Cement the ABS tubing to the ABS end of the adapter.

Terminer l’installation

Appliquer une couche d’apprêt et du ciment pour PVC sur l’extrémité PVC de
l’adaptateur.

Insérer l’adaptateur à 1″ (25 mm) environ dans le T.
Cimenter la tubulure ABS sur l’extrémité ABS de l’adaptateur.

Termine la instalación

Aplique imprimador y cemento para PVC en el extremo de PVC del adaptador.
Inserte el adaptador aproximadamente 1″ (25 mm) en la T.
Cemente el tubo de ABS en el extremo de ABS del adaptador.

Warranty

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

KOHLER plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for one year from date of installation.

Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where
Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one
(1) year after installation. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs.

Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.
