Thank you for purchasing the Kogan shiatsu massage cushion, designed and developed to target the
specific points in the upper and lower back that most cause pain and discomfort due to tension,
stress or overwork.

CONTROL LAYOUT

POWER – Switches the massage cushion on or off.
MASSAGE – Turns the up and down shiatsu functionality on or off.
HEAT – Turns the heating functionality on or off.

OPERATION EXPLANATION

1. When the cushion is connected to a power supply, the shiatsu massage heads will
automatically reset. The heads will move down to the bottom of the massage zone, during
which the buttons will not be responsive. Once the massage heads are in position, the
machine will be in standby mode.

2. While in standby mode, the POWER button will start the rolling massage up and down the
massage zone, while also running the heating function. The massage heads will travel up
and down the back region three times, then up and down the waist region three times, then it
will go back to travelling up and down the entire back region again. This cycle will repeat.

3. Press the MASSAGE button to turn the shiatsu feature on or off.

4. Press thee HEAT button to turn the heating mode on or off.

5. The massage cushion will stop working if (a) the POWER button is pressed during use, (b)
the unit has been massaging for 15 minutes or (c) you press the MASSAGE and HEAT
buttons to turn both functions off. (If this final situation occurs, the massage cushion will go
through the automatic reset function again.)

ATTENTION

• When unplugging the unit, do not pull on the power cord. Please hold the plug itself and
pull out.

• If the massager does not work, please unplug it from the power source for 10 minutes, then
plug it in and try again.

• Do not let babies or children use the unit.

• If the massage cushion causes any pain or feelings of discomfort, please stop using it

immediately.

• The massage cushion should not be used by pregnant women or people who are suffering
from a serious illness.

• The machine should not be used in a humid environment, such as a bathroom. It should be
stored and used in a dry location, out of direct sunlight.

• After use or before cleaning the unit, please remove the plug from the power socket.

• Do not lie the unit on a bed for use.

• In the case of damage to the unit or a malfunction, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
When cleaning, simply use a soft, damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or extremely wet cloths.
Press the buttons gently when operating. Do not force the buttons down.
When not in use, unit should be stored away safely in the box.
When in use, if the unit malfunctions, stop using immediately and contact the Kogan customer
support team.
