Features
Mosquitoes, even in the dark, can easily locate where people are by sensing carbon dioxide and the body temperature radiating from their bodies. Mosquitoes are also extremely sensitive to ultraviolet light rays.
Using these properties, this mosquito trap will attract and capture mosquitoes both in brightly lit situations and also dark locations by radiating heat and producing ultraviolet light rays.
1. Plug the trap into a power source.
2. Turn the switch on the power cable to on.
3. For best results, position the trap approximately 30cm from the ground, in an area known to harbour mosquitoes. The trap is designed to operate continuously, 24 hours a day.
4. To cease operation, simply turn the switch off.
5. To empty the trap, first ensure that the trap is turned off AND disconnected from the power source. Unscrew the unit and replace the capture net. Some mosquitoes may still be alive, so cover the trap with a cloth or towel before removing the capture net.
