How to Use This Guide

Introduction

This guide describes how to prepare the HP LaserJet multifunction peripheral (MFP) to work with Kofax Front-Office Server. After preparing the HP MFP, you can upload profiles with shortcuts from Kofax Front-Office Server Administration Console whenever needed.

Before continuing, refer to the Kofax Web site at www.kofax.com for supported HP MFP models and software updates.

Help for Kofax Front-Office Server Applications

Kofax Front-Office Server Web Client and Kofax Front-Office Server Administration Console have Help that describes how to use the application. Each Help system has a table of contents, index, and full-text search to assist you in finding information. To view the Help from the application, click the Help button. The Help appears in a separate browser window. You can also view the Help when you are at the server by selecting Start | Programs | Kofax Front-Office Server | Documentation and then the Help system.
